"my fiancée and I enjoyed our time in the heartland brewery. we found our meals to be delicious, and were both impressed by the wonderfully cozy and highly decorated atmosphere of the restaurant. both kat and I enjoyed the service provider of our waitress, tiffany r. she was incredibly helpful, pleasant and very attentive to our desires. she earned our highest respect and praise. Both I recommend to the others to visit the heartland brewery. an additional bonus that comes with the visit to this facility is that it is located within the empire state buildings, so visitors can see one of the most famous cloud scratches of new york city."

No free refills on soda. Took 15 minutes before our drink order was taken and another 20 minutes after that to get drinks.

We have been coming here for dinner after visiting the car show for the past four years and intend to keep the tradition going in the future. The food is good and our server for all four years is excellent.

Starter and main dish was much to fast served after each other, max 1 minute. It looked like they would handle you off in 10 minutes to clean the table for the next one. Waiter was also 'too friendly ', not ok ! Voir le carte

not that outdoors, but once in large windows give a large street view. the tables are not too close to each other, beautiful decoration and ambiente. great service and food selection was good with veg options. with our new york pass we have a discount of 20% ask.

Came here before going up the Empire State Building. Glad we did. The food and beer was good and the service was excellent. Rosemary chicken and fish tacos got high praise. Empire and Hef also won the beer award for drink-ability. On the bad side, happy hour doesn't count during dinner.

We visited this restaurant twice on our one week stay in NYC. The first time was great but the second had some downs. I will recomend the burgers but I was very disappointed with the grilled chicken. And I was freezing to death because of the aircondition. The beer is the main reason to visit this place. Voir le carte

eating was not amazing. burger had a suppen consistency in the middle and was hard on the outside, fried chicken sandwich had a very thin piece of meat and was not fried south, only covered with panko broth crumbs. beautiful ambiente and decor, sweet potatoes were delicious, and rotisserie huh had decent taste. the fact that the Soda refills were not free was a serious mistake.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
