"We have dined at Tao Las Vegas multiple times and always enjoyed it. However, our experience on Saturday night was quite disappointing. We had a 5:30 pm reservation before a show at Sphere, but were not seated until 6:15 pm. The chicken satay appetizer we ordered was tough and overcooked, making it difficult to eat. After waiting an additional 45 minutes for our entrees, we had to rush through our meal and head to the show. Despite our waitress' efforts to keep us updated on our order, the overall experience was subpar and we do not plan on returning."

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere had a great vibe. We called ahead to ask about the dress code and were given information for the nightclub as well as the restaurant. We dressed up nicely, but when we arrived, we noticed that some people were dressed more casually in shorts and sportswear. It would have been nice to feel more comfortable, but it was still a great evening overall.

We all felt extremely rushed, The waitress suggested that we order our meal at the time that we ordered our appetizers, the appetizers came very quickly and efficiently, however, we were so rushed because the mail came, and we were not even finished our appetizers, so we did not really, and truly get to enjoy our meal. Very dark and very difficult to view the menu as someone who had never been there nothing was truly clear everything was so rushed even when the waitress spoke to us was all very rushed
