"By far the worse experience I've had at this restaurant. The staff was friendly but very absent. There was only two other tables eating there and our waitress only came to our table maybe twice. She had acted like she did not know what she was doing. Mixed our orders up with another table. Tables were dirty and not cleaned off. She took us to three different tables before she found one that was semi-clean and wiped it with a rag. My friend and I ordered the chicken alfredo. It was horrible! The pasta tasted like cardboard, and the Alfredo sauce on mine was really thick and tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer all day. My friend barely had any alfredo on her pasta. The chicken was okay, I didn't mind it but it 100% could've been better. My boyfriend ordered a medium rare whiskey burger and got a more well-done patty than my cousin who ordered a well-done patty. Super dry! I had ordered a blue raspberry slushie and it tasted like straight-up syrup tossed in shaved ice. Very disappointing. I see why they had been so dead on a Friday night before valentines day. I will not be returning after this visit."

I did an order via DoorDash and the order was not what was ordered. A burger burnt to a crisp is not acceptable. And when onion rings are ordered there should be more than 4. So TGI Fridays you need to do better. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50

The food was amazing, the environment was fantastic. Our waiter Ron was so great, kind enough to give our family a birthday cake slice for my birthday. I overall enjoyed the whole time there and don't think they get the credit they deserve. Thank you so much Fridays. 100% recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for CURBSIDE pick up at the Big Flats/Elmira location and got there a few minutes before pickup time, pulled into a NUMBERED space and tapped the “I’m Here” button on the app, typed in my space number and waitedfor THIRTY MINUTES. No one brought my curbside order out, I called the number to let them know I was there, and no one answered. I went inside to find my order sitting there, with no employees around to speak to. My food was cold once I got it home, and I am extremely upset after spending close to $100, on cold food and horrible service.
