Best service we have ever received there tonight, without a doubt.

The food was excellent. We placed our order quickly, but it took a long time for it to be prepared. The server returned several times during the wait to apologize for the delay. Voir le carte

It was my husbands birthday. Food was excellent. It was a bit loud but haven't been in a TGIFridays that wasn't. Just have to call out our server Jeremy Anderson. He was absolutely terrific. We will request his section upon return for sure!!

Waiter was slow and not attentive. My beverage glass broke and the waiter said this always happens that glass could have cut me or injured anyone at the table. Then the manger says to offer me a free dessert ... totally not acceptable. Will not be going there again..

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was rude and slow, and the dining atmosphere was not pleasant. I took my family out for dinner, but when we arrived, there was no table prepared for us. We ordered drinks, but they didn't arrive until after my meal was served. Horrible experience!! Waitress was great but food absolutely aweful. First food came out cold after waiting forever. Sent back to be heated but was told the we’re gonna remake it all. 5 mins later food came out. Now the first time took 30 to mins, but this only 5. So we were a little skeptical. Tens mins later a new waiter comes to the table with another order of our food and was confused why we already had food. He took it away and it was never explained, but pretty sure we didn’t get the new order of our food.

The restaurant was quite crowded, so we made sure to book a reservation online. However, the host at the front seemed to struggle with checking the reservation list before informing guests that there would be a 30-minute wait, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, if a table is vacant, it should be cleaned right away after the previous guests leave. I was disappointed to find out that they no longer offer broccoli as a side, forcing me to choose a different option and pay extra for it. On a positive note, my waiter, Andrew, was excellent—very friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was to my liking.

It was my birthday, I made reservations for 7:00pm. We weren't seated until 7:30! I had at least 25 guest celebrating with me. The waitress seemed irritated with us asking her for simple things like refills. There was a waiter named Jeremy who assisted her and he was very pleasant and made us all feel welcomed and comfortable. We all put our entree orders in around 8:15 but was not served until 10:00 pm. This made my guest want to leave. The manager came out several times and assured us that our food would be out soon but it took 2 1/2 hours for us to eat! I feel like the staff was not prepared for a large group and it definitely was proven. Voir le carte
