Small local hole in the wall bagel joint. Very fresh and tasty bagels. Recommend the cheese egg omelette bagel sandwich with one of their flavored cream cheeses. Excellent sandwich for only $4

Excellent service. Generous parking indoor/outdoor seating in a busy area. Solid cream cheese ratio on the bagel but there is 0 trace of any salmon in the lox spread. For the price I?m not really complaining I?m sure these people sell coffee but Starbucks is next door so that?s a great way to start your morning.

I've been on the hunt for a new bagel place ever since the wester bagel near me moved into a ghost kitchen over a year ago.This place is great! The egg bagel was good and fresh, cream cheese was delicious and they did not skimp on the portion! The veg was fresh/ripe and so was the lox.Will be returning and recommending. Voir le carte

Had to go to cvs in the ungodly hour of 5:45am. Saw that the bagel factory was opened and this lovely worker lady made me the best tuna salads sandwiches. Unfortunately their payment system doesn't have a tip option. I would have given her a big tip if I had cash. Please get a machine with a tip option so we can show our appreciation for your lovely workers. They are doing a great job!

This bagel shop is my family's favorite. It can get quite busy on weekend mornings, but they manage the lines efficiently. They have a fantastic variety of freshly baked bagels and a wide range of cream cheese flavors and sizes. The strawberry cream cheese is particularly amazing! They also offer coffee and sandwiches. Although there is a small indoor dining area, I've never dined inside, and there’s no outdoor seating available. Overall, I consider it a great place for takeout.

This restaurant serves some of the best bagels, challah, spreads, and giant cookies in Los Angeles—potentially even the best bagels in the entire country. It's a casual spot, and the coffee is just okay (you might want to pop next door to Starbucks for that). But that's not the main attraction; it's all about the bagels. You’ll get excellent value and be able to continue with your day seamlessly. An extra perk? It’s kosher-friendly, accommodating even the more observant members of your friends and family. Disclaimer: As a jew who just moved here after living in NYC for 10 years, my bagel standards may be higher than most.The bagels here (i had WholeWheat ET Blueberry) are fine, but inferior to most shops back home. They have a bit grittier, drier feel. Maybe the water?Also be aware these guys are fully kosher, and do not serve meat no BEC here! The only cheese they have for your egg cheese is mozzarella.They do have all sorts of smoked fish and schmear (cream cheese)I would be back to try their tuna on a bagel, and the pizza bagel looked interesting as well.Otherwise, if you are seeking quality NYC style bagels, i would keep searching.

I’ll start with the bagels and the quality of the bagels. If it was just the bagels this place would be a 10 star the bagels are phenomenal the people that prepare the bagels do a great job of preparing the bagels. I realize that this is LA and I’ll never get the customer service like New York. But could you at least give me the cream cheese that I asked for? Every once in a while I stop at The Bagel Factory to treat myself to a delicious breakfast. I always get the Lox Sandwich (typically on a plain bagel) with all of the fixins. The lox is always fresh and the bagels are delicious. The sandwich as a whole is really filling and because of that the price point is satisfactory. The customer service is always great, event at 7am. The Bagel Factory has so many different types of bagels from garlic to onion to garlic onion to everything and everything in between!
