Stopped by on a whim during our friend group’s FLX weekend. Wound up having some of the best BBQ I’ve had anywhere. Trash plate with the chicken, rib meat, fries and Mac and cheese great service and incredibly friendly staff as well! Definitely a hole in the wall place but BBQ was out of this world good! we almost went back for seconds but we were so full! We got the sampler plate which came with 1/4 ribs, chicken, two pulled pork sliders and two brisket sliders. It came with two sides and we chose Mac salad and salt potatoes. Our caterer for our wedding canceled on us three weeks prior to our 140 person wedding. My then fiancé and I were beside ourselves. The BBQ Shack was suggested to us so we reached out. They couldn't have been nicer! Working with Becky helped relieve any stress that we had. Bonus--it was also DELICIOUS food! Thank you again!
