The Blu Pig - Carte

This was right at our hotel, so we figured we would give it a try for an early dinner. We split the ribs, and it was more than enough for two people. I thought it was a little pricy.

We went out of season, so it was very calm. That might be why we didn't se our waitress to much. However I wanted to order a second beer and was not able to. The BBQ is good but not the best I've had before. The sides (baked beans and potato salad) weregreat! Same goes for the pecan pie.

The food was awesome and the staff was great. We got there close to closing and they let us stay and we didn't feel rushed. Just came here the other day with 5 people and shared some ribs, wings, and mozzarella sticks. Definitely get the gumbo they've done an excellent job refining the recipe and I can just eat this meat gumbo combo all day. Ribs were fall of the bonedelicious. Wings were smokey and delicious. Mojitos were also strong, but tasted smooth. Great stop in Moab!

Staff is over worked. Do them a favor and go somewhere else. $11 hush puppies under cooked. Pulled pork sandwich had a soggy toasted bun indicating it had been sitting there a while. No flavor in the pork, not even smoke flavor. Fries were soggy.Apparently refills on water are not included. If you want to blow your money and time, come here. The blue lights are coolthough. 1 star for the blue lights I guess.

Solid smoked meats and something unique, 4 different BBQ style options from different regions. So whatever kind of sauce you consider the real sauce, you 're in luck! I got the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, turkey and Cajun sausage, with fried okraand the fries. Everything was great. They have a good amount of other options if you 're not into BBQ. We arrived a little later in the evening and found out they were out of brisket, which is understandable. We opted for pulled pork instead in the two-meat meal along with the ribs. The ribs were incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone! The food was fantastic, and the service was efficient—definitely two thumbs up from us. After dinner, we popped into the bar for some music and drinks, but the volume was quite loud, so we decided to pass. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

This restaurant offers excellent smoked meats along with a unique selection of four different BBQ styles from various regions. No matter what type of sauce you prefer, you'll find something to enjoy! I tried the three-meat combo that included pulled pork, turkey, and Cajun sausage, accompanied by roasted okra and fries. Everything was delicious. If BBQ isn’t your thing, there are plenty of other options available. A few friends ordered the Wels Po'boy, and we ended up trying it too—it was great! I highly recommend this place!

Both food service were unsatisfactory, would not return would not recommend. By the time we were asked if we wanted something to drink we were there over 10 mins ready to order so we just placed our order, while we waited forever to get our food we were brought the check but we said we have not eaten yet so they took it away, sometime later after the tables around us were sat, then ordered were served, we were informed there was some confusion but our order would be soon........if the food was worth it we could have ignored to poor service, sadly the food was just as poor as the service.
