"This was a very weird experience. I was looking for a place to eat with my kids, and we decided to go to this place instead of having pizza! Well, the restaurant is far away from a hamburger palace ambience! It looks like it was an adult oriented restaurant before. Dark and cold. The owners run the restaurant, an elderly couple doing their best to attend their customers, but not handling at all the customer experience. Food (hamburger)was very good including the french fries, my kids liked so this is a plus! A little bit pricey for what it is but I guess is the location of the restaurant. The owner wasn't rude as I read in other reviews, is just an old man who doesn't have the skills to deal with public. Anyways food was good, the experience was whatever...."

Tasty burger, friendly staff and all around decent experience. I had the spicy Vietnamese burger. It is basically a burger with the bánh mi toppings. The Burger Palace belongs to such a sweet couple. I come back since I moved to Houston and there was only one time I was disappointed in food (must be a free day). I recommend to come for lunch and sit outside on the terrace. The stain is sweet and the food is good. My favorite is the Power Sunshine?. The waiter is so friendly and very attentive. Okay so for starters, the service is extremely slow, need more welcoming and nice servers. The server that helped us was very slow and rude. The burgers aren't bad but the pricing and the hype from instagram is false advertisement. If you want a big juicy burger might as well go to whataburger or another fast food burger joint. The only real reason I give this place a star is because of the limeade, if you want something refreshing I would just come here for this drink and only that..
