I came in for Christmas Eve and purchased 1 1/2 lbs of new seafood salad. Not good gritty and sour please go back to the other or make your own! ??

I stop here every Saturday. Everything is so good here. Service is great, workers are friendly, nice selection of meats, and they have neal specials too.

The meats, fish, and deli at this restaurant are of excellent quality. The customer service is also top-notch. I am happy I discovered this place and will definitely continue shopping here. It is definitely worth it.

I have been going to the Chop Shop for over 20 years. The service is always friendly and professional and all the meats are the best in the area. If your lucky enough to go in and they have their homemade beef jerky, you have to try it !!!!!

We chose Chop Shop catering for a large 60 person event and received nothing but positive comments on the beef kabob, lemon chicken, green beans, rice and rolls. Such large portions of meat! The meat is the prime of prime in quality from pork to beef and everything in between. We have had ribeyes that melt in your mouth. And recently we did the Butcher’s choice pork chops on the grill that were juicy, flavorful and the best we’ve ever had. They have ruined us for all other meat vendors, as well given us THE reason not to go out to eat.

I am a regular customer at the chop shop. Their meat selection is always excellent and top quality. However, I was disappointed yesterday when I saw a customer ahead of me in line receive a free insulated bag for being a first-time customer, while I was denied when I asked for one. The cashier and her assistant were not very friendly towards me, despite my 20+ years of loyalty. I spent $199 during my visit, which is not unusual for me. I believe that loyal customers should also receive perks, just like first-time customers. While on vacation for the week, we stumbled upon The Chop Shop and boy, did we discover a gem! This family-owned butcher shop is truly fantastic. I hope all you locals realize the treasure you have right in your backyard. You won't find this level of quality at the big corporate grocery stores. We treated ourselves to steaks for 9 people, along with potatoes, asparagus, bread, and even a delicious garlic compound butter. We also ordered a deli sandwich to hold us over until dinner. All of this came out to roughly $170, which is a steal compared to high-end steak houses. We had 6 NY strips and 4 fillets for that price.
