"I’m not a fan of the cafeteria-style approach they have here. It was quite confusing trying to figure out where to get the food. The atmosphere feels like a large industrial cafeteria, which doesn't appeal to me. However, it is quite popular with university students. The beer selection is average—there's a variety available, but nothing really stands out. The food options are limited; the only vegetarian choice is fries, and honestly, there's nothing here that suggests any upscale dishes. I'm also a bit confused about the tipping system—tips are typically for those who serve your food or attend to you during your meal, but I didn't notice any staff doing that. Maybe there was a tipping button I missed, but I couldn't find one, nor did I see an option for a custom tip. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning, as there’s nothing here for me to eat or drink."

"Beware, you definitely do not want to order ice cream here. They charged $3.50 to add a tiny bit of ice cream to the pie my wife ordered. Then they charged $5.25 for my dessert, which was supposed to be 2 scoops, but it was incredibly small for even one scoop. When I asked the waitress about it, she said yes, that's the way the 2 scoop serving is. I also mentioned it to the cashier, and he did not adjust the price. It is possibly the most overpriced ice cream I have ever had, and I've had a lot. I do not expect to go back to Pat's."

"Pizza is great. Would definitely recommend to anyone around looking for a pizza. Chicken parmigiana grinder was also amazing! Service was very kind, also knowledgeable and made sure to cover all our questions. They have great specials. I’m from Ct (home of the best pizza) and recently moved to Maine. It’s been hard finding a good slice, and here it feels like home. Thank you for great food!!! 10/10 Food: 5"

"I have only dined at this restaurant once, but I believe that future experiences would likely be very similar. I ordered the Jimi Hendrix panini, which included a garden burger, pepper jack cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and homemade avocado ranch. The garden burger did not seem homemade and had a strong potato base, lacking in protein. The avocado ranch dressing had a very faint flavor. The raw spinach and tomatoes in the panini were warm, causing an unpleasant texture and taste. Overall, the fillings in the panini were disappointing considering the high price of $8.25. While the deli is locally owned, it has now expanded to 5 locations and my sandwich seemed to have come from a chain due to the minimal fillings and flavors. The menu may sound appealing, but the actual food does not live up to expectations. I do not plan on returning, especially after passing by the Newport branch and finding no other options available."

"I placed a custom cake order in December and was pleased with the results. Last Friday, I placed my second order with Raegamuffins, and I must say, I was absolutely blown away by the cake I received. I ordered a vanilla cake with vanilla and strawberry filling, topped with sunflower decorations. I had expected the decorations to be simple, but the team went above and beyond, creating an elegant design with intricate details that brought me to tears. It was for my anniversary, and sunflowers were our wedding flowers, so it was extra special. Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted incredible. It was light and airy, yet rich in flavor, with real strawberry frosting that was creamy and held its shape perfectly. I couldn't even tell it was gluten-free. The cake also stayed fresh in the refrigerator for several days. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the finished product was phenomenal. I will definitely be ordering from Raegamuffins again and trying more of their baked goods in the future. Thank you, Raegamuffin's team!"
