"I want to start by saying, I understand that this one bad experience is not in indicator of the business as a whole, I 'm sure a sit down experience would be better. I know that delivery orders tend to be rushed to save time. I am just expressing my current disappointment because I just spent $35.00 on food I wasn 't able to eat and I want to explain why. I hate leaving bad reviews. I worked in food service for 20+ years and understand the demands of food service, but I would never in my 20 years serve food like this to anyone. I ordered the vegan burger and chips and guac. The burger came with a side of fruit. The fruit was was clearly old and the smell was so strong I could tell before I even opened the container. One of the grapes was wrinkled and moldy. The vegan burger patty was just mush, no firmness whatsoever. I took two bites and the rest of it just slid out of the bread. The tomatoes were not fresh, also a mush texture. The guac was just mashed avocado in a plastic cup, no onion, no seasoning, no lemon juice, nothing. It was also warm, and the texture was sticky indicating it had been sitting out, unrefrigerated for some time. I am not trying to be mean, but this is not okay. Don 't cut corners, it 's worth the wait for good food."

I feel like the portion size was very good. The food tasted good. During the week they only seem to have one waitress but she did fine. Overall a good experience.

I have been to Francesca’s a number of times and it is one of my favorite breakfast and lunch spots on the South End of Pawtucket Ave. Their food is amazing and reasonably priced.

This has to be my favorite breakfast place in RI. The Mexican style breakfast is perfect. Many options to choose from and all of them great. Small interior but lots of charm. This place definitely deserves more attention! If you're a fan of Mexican style breakfast you have to try this place out.

Went to breakfast with friends here recently during high volume hours so I anticipated a wait. We waited about 30 minutes in the car before we were called in. There were 4 of us in a booth. Tbh we all ordered single dishes one side dish, there wasn't really enough room on the table for all of it. The food was good and hot! The only downside was that we asked the waiter for water from when we first sat down and once after we got the food but it never came. I usually get my food to go from here they have a pick up window on the side of the building). It's a small parking lot so plan to park streetside.
