"We stayed here for 5 nights in an Oceanview room. The room itself was clean and quiet, just seemed a bit outdated with tile floors and old grout. We used the pullout sofa and had to request extra sheets and pillows for it. We also had to request extra bath towels everyday. The king bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the beach view from the lanai. The beach was gorgeous and we appreciated always being able to get lounge chairs and an umbrella set up for us no matter what time we arrived each day. The staff was very nice and friendly. There is free coffee in the lobby every morning from 7-9am. Breakfast is very expensive at the dine-in restaurant with plain coffee starting at $5 and most food items $20+. The gluten free pancakes tasted exactly like cornbread. We ended up buying cold coffee and breakfast foods at Publix and eating in our room (with a mini fridge). We wished there were more spaces in the hotel room to hang wet swimsuits to dry. The parking lot is 100% self parking for a daily fee and it did get difficult to find space a few times. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We did not use the pool as it was quite small and crowded. The beach made up for all of these minor inconveniences. Will likely return for another family vacation because overall it was a wonderful place to stay!Rooms: The rooms are nice, but not luxurious. Really need extra towels stocked and a place to hang swimsuits to dry.Safety: Seemed very safe and family friendly. There were no party animals or vagrants or people selling things on the beach. No timeshare nonsense.Walkability: Roght on a beautiful beach with two access points. Easy to walk across the street for dinner at non-hotel restaurants.Food drinks: Food and drinks were very expensive for mediocre quality. Best to eat elsewhere, and shop and stock your own drinks."

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend with kids. The room is ok, but the pool is very small and outdated. The restaurant at the hotel is not good as well. You would expect better experience for $1, 340 you need to pay $35 a day resort fee and $35 a day parking fee. Will not be back.

Spent 4 nights here with my wife and kids. We all had a fantastic time. Two room suite has an amazing view of the beach and sunsets. Kids loved the pool and activities. Restaurant on site is good and literally across the street are some other great options. Beach was great and staff was so kind. Lots of great seashells to be found. Water was also so warm and small waves were great for kids.

Excellent location, amenities, and customer service. Ximena by the pool and Do Do at the restaurant delivered the dream customer service at their respective locations. Room was very spacious and clean. The check-in process was flawless and the staff at the concierge desk were very nice and welcoming. Will definitely recommend Hilton at Marco Island to our fiends and family and will return here.

My family had the best time at the Hilton Marco Island! There were fun activities for the kids every day and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Everything was clean and modern. The staff was so friendly helpful. Special shout out to Jeff at the pool who made my son’s day! My son loves sunglasses and Jeff took note. He offered to let my son wear his Pit Vipers for the day and he felt like the coolest guy. Thank you, Jeff and all of the Hilton staff! Voir le carte

Bo, Nick, Andrea(pool waitress), Simon and Katie were so helpful and made our pool days so special and effortless. We had a large group for a wedding so a accommodating over 10 people can always be difficult. They were a pleasure and made us feel exactly like where we were supposed to be... ON VACATION! Great job everyone! We had a blast! Also the beach hut guys are all doing a great job and we're so kind helping with a beach day too. So shout out to the pool/beach staff!

Apple $5Bagel $8Buffet breakfast for 2: $72 (with tip)Steak with NO SIDES: $482 drinks at the bar: $40 (with tip)The prices here, for everything but the hotel room, we’re astronomical. Sure, the beach view was amazing. But honestly, I would never stay here again due to the prices, small pool, and dirty room. Room service did not keep up with the expected sand in the room. This is advertised as a resort, but this hotel offers nothing special like a resort, except for the overly priced restaurant and beach chairs which are paid for by your daily $45 resort fee. It’s cheaper to go to Mexico. You will find cleaner, nicer, and cheaper places that are actually resorts.

I had to arrive early for a business meeting. Although I couldn’t get a room early due to the hotel being full the night prior, the staff were extremely friendly and understanding of the situation. I ended up conducting my work in their business center. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The hotel pool was amazing… and with direct access to the beach, what more can you ask for.The on-site spa looked amazing but I didn’t attend. My sisters attended the spa and enjoyed it a lot. The food is very expensive considering the fact that there is a 7/11 across the street with same quality but a quarter of the price but it’s for the convenience so I understand. Overall, great hotel. 5 stars : Voir le carte

Jeff at the pool- awesome guy, very friendly and outgoing, made sure we were happy and taken care of, offered to blow up our floats for us; when we mentioned getting cut up while shelling he offered some bandaids and antibiotic ointment to us.Woody at the bar- took good care of us, he remembered our drinks, great personality.Rooms-incredibly spacious sleeping area and bathroom, bed and bedding was comfortable, A/C could have been a little cooler than 68 but it was still comfortable, great views of the ocean and pool, easy access to the elevators which were quick.Breakfast buffet- plentiful, omelette station, and choices for everyone. Everything was delicious.Pool- spacious, clean, refreshing...

"When we arrived they put the 6 of us in a room by ourselves at a nice round table...very nice. A man came over with an apron on and started filling our water. I said Are You Our Server he replied I have an apron on, why do people always ask me if I am their server . Well, where I come from, and in GREAT restaurants THE SERVER, will introduce themselves right away. Most of the BETTER restaurants have people that fill water and bring bread etc. (Ruths Chris, Capital Grill, Eddie V 's). I then asked him his name...he said my name in SING...he then asked us if we wanted some cocktails and if the ladies wanted to get drunk.....yes that what he said...I would not lie. He was about as far from professional as you can get. We ordered our food...Bread was brought to the table...it was terrible...I asked SING if people like this bread and he said not really but the chef does.....wow what a response! We ordered food, 1 ordered Pork Chops and said they were very good, 4 of us ordered filets...1 6oz and 3 8oz... They were all very marginal in taste...truly marginal...I have had better at Texas Roadhouse thats how marginal. 1 of us ordered scallops...not good.. We ordered 2 creamed spinach sides.....NOT A DROP OF CREAM......dried up as can be...The garlic mashed were very garlic filled, the augratin were good...My buddy ordered a house cab, Sing said dont get it I have one from Caymus family thats just a little more....House is $14...his was $20...I do not call $6 a little more. Quite honestly, maybe because it 's off season and the regular staff/chef wasn 't here, but I just dont know why ANYONE would rate this place more than a 4 out of 10..... If you read my reviews, I call them as I see them....If you are great, I review you great, If you are lousy....well then you get what you deserve."
