The restaurant offers an excellent variety of hard-to-find cuts of meat, and the staff is friendly and very helpful.

I got 3 wagyu ribeye and they were to die for. Tender tender tender. The duck confit was absolutely delicious as well.

I have been searching for some excellent sausage of any kind for years. I tried the boudin, chorizo, and Italian sausage, and they were all tender and packed with flavor—definitely the best I've ever had!

I've never been here as a customer, but I've been here several times delivering meat. The staff I've encountered has always been very nice and very efficient. Also, they order top shelf quality, so IMO they are probably an excellent place to be a patron of. Voir le carte

Without a doubt, this is the best butcher shop I have ever visited. I had Denver cut Wagyu steaks, accompanied by red wine and garlic sausage, along with twice-baked potatoes. It was incredible. Be sure to stop by and grab some Wagyu—you won't be disappointed!

Flora Butcher is the place to be! I'm eagerly looking forward to returning to that area and paying them another visit. Make sure to check out the new package store right next door to Flora Butcher, as well as Dave's Triple B just a short walk across the street.

I had never heard of Wagyu beef before this experience—honestly, steak is usually my least favorite option on a menu. However, after trying a steak from this restaurant, I'm completely hooked! I was out of town when my friends prepared one for me, and I was blown away. On my way home the next day, I couldn't resist stopping by a butcher shop to stock up on some goodies. Everything I've tried, from the blueberry and maple spring dishes to the desserts, has been delicious! I even took home a cook-in-bag meal, complete with Wagyu pot roasts, which I’m really excited to try! Now, I can't pass by without stopping to grab some treats to take home! Voir le carte
