Celebrated my best friends bday here, and everything was awesome!

I absolutely love this restaurant! The crab legs are fantastic, and the side dishes are great as well. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff is very friendly!

Every staff member I've encountered has been consistently friendly and provides excellent service. I've always been very pleased with my food and drinks. I usually sit at the bar, and I'm impressed by the bartenders; they remain courteous even when it gets busy.

This is the areas best kept secret. The service is always good and the chargrilled oysters are delectable. Not overly crowded which I love as a lot of seafood spots are crowded in the city in addition to having sub par seafood (mostly crab boils). They have the largest and juiciest oysters in the area and are reasonably priced. Voir le carte

I just finished a meal at the Full Moon Oyster Bar and it was fantastic! We started with the Scallop Appetizer and Crab Dip, both of which were superb. The staff was attentive and offered great recommendations. I will definitely return. For my main course, I had the freshly blackened Red Fish, which was delicious, along with sides of potatoes and coleslaw that were equally impressive. There are plenty of chain restaurants around the racetrack, but don’t settle for those... A big shoutout to the staff at the Oyster Bar!

I had high hopes but was sadly disappointed. I ordered the 12 oz. Ribeye, rare, but got a much smaller Ribeye that was overcooked and not particularly flavorful. The server thought it looks small and found out the ribeyes were cut wrong. Believe me I was not happy about it. She did adjust the price, but did not get what I ordered! My spinach side was extremely small. My wife got the crab cake sandwich, which she gave a 8/10. She said it was a bit mushy. The bacon wrapped scallops and crabmeat stuffed mushroom appetizers were good, but extremely expensive for the amount you got. A bit of a rip off. I am reluctant to give it another try.

Great first time experience. It took a while to place an order as the menu was just full of amazing dishes. I do know that I will need to make many more return visits to try them all. When you arrive, there aren't typical tables. It's basically a bar set up with a tabletop bar with chairs all around and then some chairs on the outskirts. We were fortunate to grab any seat we wanted since it wasn't too busy yet but shortly after we arrived, the place got pretty packed. We ordered the moon rockers, crab stuffed mushrooms, seared tuna, bacon wrapped scallops and a plate of oysters.
