Great place for a wedding anniversary date night, always great food, great drinks and wonderful service

Jake, our server, was outstanding! He was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. Definitely will be back

Very poor service and reduced amenities made for a night that simply couldn’t be saved. This location used to be much better

Are server was signing a lot and made us feel like we were bothering him. The receptionist and manager had great personality and were very helpful My daughters enjoy the best and made her birthday beautiful

Went for an anniversary dinner and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a "happy anniversary" card from the staff. It was a nice touch. Everything else was fantastic, from the food to the service. Everyone we encountered was great Voir le carte

We were seated minutes before our reservation in a cute corner booth. The food was amazing!!! food. Our waiter was awesome too(shout out to Jake and honestly made the evening for us. A little bit expensive, but for special occasions, definitely worth it

Service was poor whenever we ordered drinks or refills min wait. Desserts missing ingredients and was told couldn’t find them and that was it no offer to change it up or if we were okay with it. Server would say if you need more of the dippers let me know but would never return in time to find out if we did or not and if we waited the cheese or chocolate would of burned

We've periodically dined at The Melting Pot Wilmington DE for close to years and have visited other Melting Pots across the country. This was our first visit to the Wilmington franchise since the pandemic and the experience has declined significantly. The quality of meats/cuts of meats has dropped while prices remain high. Service quality has also significantly declined. Staffing levels are well below normal and the existing staff is harried and stretched thin. Tables remained uncleared for long periods of time and servers were overtaxed to be able to reasonably take care of patrons. This fundamentally alters the dining experience to the point where the price now exceeds the perceived value.... Voir le carte
