"The 4 course dinner took over three hours. By the time we left at 9:30pm we were the last customers in the main restaurant. All the tables around us were covered with dirty plates and many had smoking pots left on the table since no one turned off the burners. The smoke hurt our lungs. It took an hour to receive our chocolate dessert and the waitress said the delay was due to a rambunctious child that she had decided to sit down with. “It was so cute” she said. No one ever came to take our credit card so we finally went to pay at the bar. About two hours into the dinner we complained to the hostess about the slow pace and she did nothing. She was on her phone all night. The whole experience was truly memorable in the worst way possible."

We went to celebrate a birthday. Although we were seated promptly, it took about 30 minutes for our waiter to come to our table.

The prices are extremely high for the value offered. My wife and I took our three kids and didn't order any alcohol, yet our bill came to $400. We won't be returning in the future.

We had a unique experience where our food and dishes seemed to fly away with us. The cost of this unexpected incident exceeded our expectations. On a positive note, our waitress was beautiful.

fantastic evening with evan as server! he was fast, has made a great job that mixed our fondue and got the whole job for the first time. he was also exactly the right quantity attention certainly the best in our many trips to this melting pot. Voir le carte

Overall, we enjoyed dinner. They allowed us to swap one of the proteins. The food was great, even though we got the wrong chocolate fondue. We waited so long for it and we were okay with flavor, so we didn’t argue. It was an expensive New Year’s Eve dinner but it is a once a year thing for us.

We went for New Year’s Eve and they were so busy. They did their very best to keep up with all the tables and the service was still very good regardless. We appreciated our server coming to give us updates on delays so we knew they didn’t forget about us. Overall was very nice. The only critical feedback we have was the tables out in the middle that we were sat in are not private at all (we could hear all of the conversations around us and vice versa) and the AC was quite cold blowing on our table.
