The Melting Pot - Carte

The portion sizes have decreased, and the food isn't as flavorful as it used to be. However, the ambiance and service are outstanding.

Food was delicious and high quality! Our waiter, Mike, was helpful, thoughtful, and funny! Yin and Yang Martini was delicious too. We will be returning.

We love Melting Pots. We've been to many. Our visit in Harrisburg was excellent. Our server Kate was very attentive, very sweet girl. Highly recommended this restaurant.

We had a fantastic experience! Our family truly enjoyed our time there. The food was excellent, the service was top-notch, and best of all, it was a peaceful atmosphere where we could chat without having to raise our voices.

If you are going on a date, romantic night out or just going with your friends this place is absolutely worth every penny. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and I made sure to let the manager know how great and welcoming she was (especially since it was my first time visiting). This was our twelfth visit to this Melting Pot. We usually love it. Tonight, was not a good night. We had the Mexican cheese. Had to ask twice for more vegetables. We received nacho chips once the cheese was gone. My shrimp was not cleaned properly. I had to de-vein it myself. Once the dinner plates were cleared, we waited 22minutes for dessert. Very small dippers, but by now, we had been there 2 hours and 15 minutes. We just left after eating only half our chocolate. This was a disappointing night.

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely Christmas Eve dinner at the Melting Pot in Harrisburg. Our server was extremely accommodating and professional, and our food-especially the Spinach and Artichoke fondue, was delicious! We had a 6:30 reservation, and had made plans to meet friends beforehand at the bar for cocktails at 5:30. Our table was ready on time which was appreciated-however, we were repeatedly encouraged by both the bartender and someone at the hostess stand to be seated earlier than 6:30 which was not ideal. Other than that, our experience was great!

We have been going to Melting Pot in various locations for over 20 years now. Our last experience was by far the worst. The portion sizes are significantly reduced for dipping items for the cheese fondue as in vegetables and fruits. The Whiskey Business cocktail we ordered was all black cherry syrup and barely any whiskey. Our waiter was new and did express that to us. Once he found out we were regulars at the Melting Pot , our server seemed rushed and didn’t spend anytime preparing the fondues, to the point my wife had to finish getting the cheese ready. I don’t know if the value and service has decreased in other locations but Harrisburg Melting Pot definitely has. Voir le carte
