Beef short ribs were amazing! And the bread pudding is always delicious!

The place is nice and service was good but for the price I expect better food. Food wasn't bad but nothing wowed us.

James and his staff have developed a well-rounded menu and provide excellent service. We especially enjoy the wine selection. We also enjoy the extended patio seating area.

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The atmosphere was charming, set in an outdoor courtyard within a small condo community. The food was delicious and the cocktails were expertly mixed. The staff was accommodating and friendly.

This is a neighborhood eatery which has excellent food, great ambience, and more like a downtown restaurant than a local area one. The service is casual, but very professional; the owner, James, is always there helping out; and we love the ambience. There is a pub/bar and a more formal dining room, as well as outside tables. The happy hour menu is food and drinks, and you can order off the regular menu from all areas. It is a great place to meet your neighbors and enjoy a very good eat.

This was the perfect evening out on the patio at 4580. A great table, lovely waitress, and everything was delicious (starting with my cosmo. yum! . I don 't know which was better- the salmon with roasted fingerling potatoes on sautéed greens or my husband 's scallops on sautéed greens asparagus. Both are on my list of favorites now (and easy for me to avoid gluten and dairy . The food here is decadent, delicious and healthy. And the staff make it a great dining experience- professional yet warm (not to mention great with the COVID precautions. Yay. A neighborhood gem.

If any restaurant qualifies as a Neighborhood Gem, it's The North End at 4580. We've been going there since its inception and have never once been disappointed. The best way to describe it, I think, is comfortable. James and his team always make you feel welcome from the time you walk in until you leave. It's a well-run restaurant: Wait staff are well trained, the menu changes with the seasons and James pays special attention to the wine list, which features interesting wines at good price points. Boulder doesn't have much in the way of patio dining any more; however, 4580 has one of the best patios around.
