This is definitely one of my favorite bars. I was hooked by their cheese curds two years ago, and I keep returning for the great atmosphere, delicious food, and their signature Bitter Baby cocktail.

We always find ourselves at Way Out when we're looking to unwind after work. The loaded fries and wings are amazing, and the drinks are excellent as well! The bartenders I've encountered have all been very friendly. I would definitely recommend it as a great late-night bar!

This is our local go-to place! It has a dark, moody ambiance, strong and tasty cocktails, and a fantastic mix of punk, alternative, and new wave music. Tyler is one of my all-time favorite bartenders, although I really like the other two as well! The food is also fantastic; I love trying the monthly burgers, and my friend and I often share the chicken wrap. I highly recommend it! Voir le carte

The bar food here is quite good, though a bit overpriced. I stopped by and tried the wings, which had a great addition of fried garlic. They were super crispy and juicy, making it a dish I'd order again, despite the celery being an odd color. The deluxe potstickers were unlike anything I've had before, and I'm really glad I took the chance to try them. However, the atmosphere inside the bar was a bit lacking, with not much energy.

We walked in there and it was pretty vacant. At first we weren't sure if anyone was working, someone was at the bar and other were playing pool. We went at around 8:30. the bartender came after a couple minutes and had a great attitude and some funny jokes. The wings were pretty good!9/10. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was 8/10 the cheese bites were a solid 9/10 but I love cheese). I also had a margarita 7/10. Overall, I would come back! Philly CheesesteakPhilly Cheesesteak

I can't emphasize enough how amazing this place is. I've been a fan since their takeout-only days during the pandemic. The menu remains consistent while also introducing new seasonal variations and items. The drinks are always served icy cold and made with great care, and the bartenders and staff are some of the best in the industry. While supporting the local community is important, this spot truly goes above and beyond to showcase what makes Chicago special every single time. They offer daily specials, wing deals every Wednesday, and a must-see burlesque show once a month. Voir le carte
