Being that it has been open in the same location for over 40 years. She works alone so plan on spending some time there. It will be time well spent. You will choose your protein. This restaurant is the one I always prefer. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this one I keep coming back again and again. The crew is very affectionate and the cooking they offer is so good. I never miss an opportunity to have a nice dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

We love Three Flames! The food is delicious and fresh. The staff is friendly. The whole place is a labor of love by an owner who has ran this restaurant for 45 years! She will only sell and retire if someone is willing to continue working the authentic handmade grill from Taiwan and not replace it with yet another coffee shop. Go and enjoy!
