"I was excited to treat my amazing team, so I decided to stop by the store to order cookies in person instead of dealing with the lengthy and complicated online process. However, I was disappointed to find out that I had to order 6 cookies of the same flavor. I wanted a variety of flavors for a total of 3 dozen cookies. The customer service I received was unhelpful and inconvenient. When my order, which was over $60, was finally completed, I asked if I could purchase a cookie for myself. I requested a fresh cookie straight out of the oven, but was only offered a warm cookie for $1.50, with no option to pay with cash. I recommend skipping Tiff's and going to Pillsbury for better service. - Deb"

The two ladies that helped me esia and christy (sorry for the spelling) where so helpful and kind. I loved their willingness to help make my visit the best they could. Definitely coming back. They are awesome!!!!

After a long day, I was craving some cookies and decided to stop by this place since I love the cookies they make. I purchased some chocolate chip cookies that were absolutely delicious, and then decided to try their chocolate chip truffles. While they were good, they weren't my favorite. They tasted more like solid chocolate than cookie dough. The customer service was good, and I was able to quickly get and enjoy my cookies.
