"I ordered a dozen donuts this morning, two were boston cream. When I brought them to the office, it was pointed out that there were no cream in both of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. she answered and said, please hold her down and put the phone. Heidi/Amber then continued to drive the next 15 minutes by car without returning to the phone. talk about unprofessional and unintended customer service. she was the worst I ever met. go instead to schuler’s bakery. the coworkers, coffee and donuts are much better! to update: I called back and spoke to the manager. When I guessed what happened, she blown it off, said well, we were busy. she also said, why don't you come in and get a job here. she accused me of being rude. she also said that it was amber who answered and left the phone cell there."

Ordered 2 breakfast wraps and 2 donuts. Food was excellent. Donuts were fresh and delicious. The employees were all excellent. The lady who took our order was super friendly and very fast and efficient while waiting on us

they ever wanted to see a coffee with a buck and sugar, but didn't feel like repairing it themselves. try tim hortons, but when they order their coffee, they ask him as a double double. sip, enjoy and smile at the joyfulness.

Tim Hortons has delicious coffee and treats. Their staff is friendly and courteous. They currently have temporary hours of 6am till 2pm. Very good coffee and doughnuts!! Yummy!! Understaffed and unappreciated staff still manages to do their best. Some of you getting all uppity because your latte wasn't perfect should consider the people who showed up to work just so you could stay in your car and judge them from a distance. I bet when they walk out, you'll be glad to wait a few minutes more.

if they debat between mcdonalds and tim hortons, this will at least if there is a problem with their ordering a tim hortons coworker can help them. whatever reason the dining room is met and it measures to be open. they do not present any sign to know. so if they have children, they first check the door and then they pick them up unless they see people inside or something. Overall the dinges are pretty consistent and I have no complaints. I hate the mcdonalds on the road.
