Edit as of 1/17/2023 The above statement was four years ago. I noticed in 2022 and still current that all Tim Horton franchise have been slowing declining. My cup is barely filled, it looks like someone smashed my doughnuts, Tim Bits are never how I asked, my coffee at times tastes like cigarette buds (I don't smoke), etc. I used to love coming to Tim Hortons only because it was near my mum's house. Unfortunately, over the years, it has lost its spark and enjoyment."

It's winter, turn on the heat, steam coming off my latte. The meal was great, I was going to hang out while my car was repaired down the street. But my hash brown was just cooked and was cold. Time to move on. Burrr

I went to the drive through on 12/16 around 10:30am. The woman who waited on me was not friendly at all. Never even looked at me. I think I'll go top the Tim Hortons on 23 and van dyke. Maybe they'll be more courteous. Voir le carte

The croissant was overcooked in a microwave - was awful and not edible. I have never experienced this issue at any other Tim Hortons. I also did not receive the donuts I ordered, and it seemed like I was given whatever scraps were left. This was not a pleasant experience, Tim Hortons.

Purchase 40 pack timbits at 14.99 these was horrible, big mistake they were assorted (but not) suppose be, but the real issue they were stale and ice cold like they had been in a freezer or cooler. I thought that at 7:15 am they would be hot and fresh. once I got home taste and seen what I had got, tried to call speak to someone about it they wouldn't let me speak to a manger plus they hung up on me said to call tomorrow or something. Never again will I be stopping here again,
