I recommend Tito’s because they have great costumer service and the food tastes GREAT! We had an event tonight of 26 people and they treated us awesome. The food was on point and they didn’t take long to serve even though we were a big party. I definitely recommend Tito’s

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Despite being the only ones there, we waited over an hour for our food, and even then, it didn’t arrive all at once. This meant we all ate at different times, which is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the food itself was bland and lacked flavor. The staff didn’t seem concerned about the delays or make any effort to address the situation. With no clear explanation for the poor service, this visit fell far short of expectations.

The service was horrible! We made a reservation for 15 people. There were only a couple of servers available and only two cooks in the kitchen. It took 1 hour just to get soups and salads and more than 2 hours to get our food. Two of the people never got their order and had to cancel it. The wine was overpowering on the chicken marsala so the person was unable to eat it. A couple more got sick eating the chicken parmigiana. They only accepted cash and the cashier kept the change. Didn’t even ask if it was ok to keep it. Do not recommend this place at all!

Tito’s is one of the few “good” options in Nogales. The food is okay—nothing particularly special. However, the service is extremely slow. It took forever to get our drink orders taken, and even longer for the food to arrive. We ordered a pizza, a Caesar salad, and some wings. The wings took so long to come out that we were nearly finished with the pizza by the time they arrived. While the service and food aren’t the greatest, the atmosphere makes up for it. The patio area is spacious, with plenty of seating and TVs, making it a great spot to hang out. Definitely recommend sitting outside. Voir le carte
