"I visited the restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon around 6 PM, and there were hardly any customers—only one person ahead of us in line. The cashier who took our order was extremely friendly and accommodating, taking the time to explain the various seasoning options. We opted for the mild garlic butter with a hint of Old Bay. They keep the crab legs frozen behind the counter and weighed them for us. We also ordered a pound of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, along with large broccoli and sausage. Our meal took about 30 minutes to prepare, and when we finally opened our platter, everything looked mouthwatering! The seasoning was spot on, and I had some fantastic moments with the crab legs—the shells came off effortlessly! This is one of our favorite places to enjoy seafood, and we will certainly be back. The restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding!"

"Made a pick up order with a friend, asked to get a little of their lemon pepper on the side because my friend is allergic and we can’t put it all over the food .. and they said no, then pulled the chain of the lemon pepper out of reach while making comments we couldn’t hear. Didn’t get the name of the man but that was completely unreasonable regarding the allergy. And we asked if they had packets to go. The man was rude and that whole encounter was unreasonable Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"We used Google maps to find the nearest Hardess while visiting family in ATL. We drove there 9.8 miles to order what we always order at home in AL. The workers at the drive through was the most courteous and was complimented. We returned 9 to 10 milesback to our hotel. Sat down to eat noticing the differences in appearance; biscuit, chicken, potato tots, as grease had madeit's way through and outside bag. Our disappointment came when touching the greasy wrapper then uncovering a greasy almost flatbiscuit, tots were too greasy to eat with apparent grease seeping through all containers. The oil needed changing at 7:45 inthe morning which is when we made it to the drive thru. The apple pie was good but again the food was not probably drained. I'mqualified to make these remarks because I retired from the Restaurant business, and I am a very good biscuit maker. I will nevertravel so far to get breakfast from you again!"

"it would really be in fletcher's best interest to set their to-go option (at least on this location). at my last places that try to go to eat, I had to wait for an hour for my order. Recently I have placed a to-go order online, an hour after the placement arrived (my original estimated time was postponed) at the arrival were either too busy or could not be harassed to help because it took 15 minutes to even be recognized. my order was finally sent to the kitchen and added 20 minutes to my waiting period. eating is good here, so the 1 star, but the staff is not careful, worried or coordinated enough to dull in and go to vacancies."

"Don't waste your time waiting in the long lines for the spicy chicken! I've had it three times and it was consistently great each time. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. This is my honest opinion. I have lived near this place for many years but never tried it until 2022, and I've been back three times already. The prices are reasonable and the food has a delicious taste for a neighborhood spot."
