"So, whether I look at your menu online or come to your restaurant in person and look at it, it's not accurate. Just experienced that. Had my heart set on an Italian beef sandwich with au jus and fries to go and it doesn't exist anymore. So what? I know what Italian beef is all about and a roast beef sandwich is not going to be a suitable substitute, but that was what I was offered. Get it together on your menu online and in person, for real."
