Top Notch Beefburgers

This place is one of my top 3 burger places of all time. Sharp American cheese on the burgers is the best! Fresh cut fries. Enough said…

Can’t deny, even the turkey burger is so good. I just wish they would lettuce-wrap it since I don’t eat bread. Also tried the root beer shake and it was so tasty too.

Best hamburgers and milk shakes in Chicago. Very friendly wait staff. Clean. They use to be kiddie corner from vanderpoel school were we went for lunch. Great memories Voir le carte

Ordered To go from this place for the first time today and the burgers did not disappoint! Definitely worth coming back to! also had some fries which were solid and some Buffalo wings that were alright(could be better).

I was served a cheeseburger instead of a regular burger, which I never order. I used to really appreciate the high quality of the food here, but it doesn’t seem as good as it once was. The chicken sandwich was decent, though.

Friendly service and excellent burgers. The patty melt was the best I've had, and it went well with a root beer float. My 10 year old daughter said the decor was like a delicious, not-scary version of “The Shining,” which sums up the old-school charm. We'll definitely be back. Voir le carte

1st time. If you want that burger and milkshake that reminds you of when you were a kid, look no further. Recently I've been noticing prices of the average hamburger and it's $12. But here, it's under and worth more. Its an old diner, and looks it, but great food and excellent service.

This restaurant is a solid option for a reliably good burger. However, it doesn't quite blow my mind. The meat is fantastic and perfectly grilled, but everything else is just "fine." The buns are pretty average in taste, and while the toppings are definitely fresh, that's about all I can say. It's hard to put my finger on it, but there's nothing wrong with the food; it's just not exceptional.

Was OK! WAS NOT THE EXPERIENCE I'M USE TO… MY BUN WAS HARD AND BARLEY TOASTED.. MY MEAT WAS STILL ALIVE..
