We haven't been to Tre Scalini in a while but the food, service and ambiance were still outstanding. One issue is parking. If you don't find a space close your walking a block or more because they have limited parking. But still a great place. Voir le carte

Delicious!!!! We had the eggplant special to start and it was flavorful and very good. We had the chicken scarpiello and veal saltimbocco both excellent. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and gave excellent suggestions. Definitely going back!

Everything was great! Fast, friendly service and food was great! Would have appreciated the wait person wearing cleaner clothes. We ate shortly after the restaurant opened so not too likely that her apron became noticeably dirty in the short time they had been open.

"Hard to get a good read on this place. People in the area seem to like it. Figured we would see what the deal was this past Sunday. The food was decent but let's be real, people don't go out to eat for the food; they go out for the experience,including the atmosphere but more importantly the service. As myself and the two other individuals I was with have all worked inthe service industry ourselves, we have a higher tolerance for less than stellar service than those who have not had theexperience. Service here was far below adequate. It's never good when poor service ruins the entire experience. Could have justbeen an off night for the server, or may be they haven't been trained well, maybe a mix of both. I am guessing the server wasn'tnew as they seemed comfortable sitting at a table for a few minutes with other guests while they stepped away to get the gratedcheese for us, sadly it never arrived. Best of luck to any future patrons who might read this prior to visiting Brazi's."

"Where do I start... I'm a huge oatmeal fan and this by far is the BEST oatmeal I have had at a restaurant. Everything here is cooked to order and is so fresh. The egg sandwich was so delicious with bacon and caramelized onions on pumpernickel bread. It was amazing... And I'm definitely coming back. If you are in New Haven looking for great food then you must come here!"

"This is a fantastic place for breakfast and lunch! The staff is friendly, the food is simple yet delicious, and the restaurant, including the bathrooms, is kept very clean. I believe that a clean bathroom is a good sign of a clean kitchen, and this place definitely delivers on both counts. Although they've been at this location for three years due to eminent domain, they have nearly 30 years of experience serving up impressive breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the French toast breakfast, which came with sausage, bacon, eggs, and coffee. The French toast was light and delightful, the bacon was surprisingly flavorful even though it wasn't thick cut, the sausage was excellent, and the eggs seemed to be standard pour from a bottle (or so it appeared). The coffee was great, and the service was top-notch. My server, Chrissy, was both professional and friendly. The restaurant had a nice mix of regulars and newcomers like me."

"this place is really proud of her business. I ordered the chicken kabobs both on a combo plate and in a pita, and it is made fresh every time on the grill. they put additional efforts to make the finished food presentation clean, beautiful and appetit. the pizza also became really good and seemingly very popular. slices are fast and they offer a selection of different aromes. the pizza is also unique with buffalo cheese instead of traditional cows milk cheese, which has always been perfectly digested, although I often made lactose problems with other pizzas with traditional cheese. this should be at the top of their list for fresh food on the flight."

"This was our first visit in a while to Zinc and now I am am surprised we haven’t been back sooner. The food, service and lively atmosphere were all very enjoyable. We came for Restaurant Week and we all enjoyed our meals thoroughly. I had the butternut squash soup, the salmon dish and the brownie with frozen yogurt; all options were lovely. My mother and sister who visited with me both raved over the soup into the next day and we all vowed we would make sure to come back to Zinc more often."
