"Very nice bar. Pretty sure I was drinking some of their flavored Margheritas. Very tasty and very tipsy. Always go with patron. Ordered the Velveeta bacon cheeseburger on a pretzel roll.. *chefs kiss.. sooo good. They have a cool vending machine that vended mystery boxes bags with several different labels on them. Can't think of any right now, but they were adult themed. I lost my bank card in north Carolina omw down to florida from Pennsylvania so money was tight.. or else I would've spent $200 easily on this machine. Not sure if that's a good thing or not.. guess it's a mystery. While the atmosphere was great (courtesy of the band playing) the service was awful. For being a beach spot you would think the bartenders would be more equipped to handle high volume, they were sweating, running around and ignoring me and after a long wait i was met with rudeness. i don’t recommend hanging out here, but i do recommend they hire better stuff. You allowed reserved tables 630 pm. Half not filled. Karen reserved 20 seats. Filled 15. Karen was there and never ordered food or drinks. Drank water from cooler by entrance. She personally ran off at least 20 couples there to eat and drink between 5-630 pm. $20-$25 pet guest, you lost $1000 in sales while Karen ran patrons off. I hope Karen at least tipped $100 or more. "During a recent chat with a local bartender about nearby dining options, he highly recommended the pizza and wings at Category 36. Although I visit the area several times a month, I had no idea that Category 36 was so close to our hotel until this trip. Taking the bartender’s advice, we decided to stop by for dinner, and it was a delightful surprise! Category 36 is truly a hidden gem. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the crust was simply out of this world. As for the wings, I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because we were too busy devouring them. Having had plenty of wings in the past, I can genuinely say these were the best I’ve had in a long time—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and it was heartwarming to see many locals coming in and out. We even had the opportunity to chat with the owner. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking it out—you won’t regret it. I can’t wait to return soon to try their Italian fingers and Stromboli!"

"our culinary experience could have been catastrophic if my man did not approach the manager in the middle of our visit. he went over to make everything right. we'll be back for him and that. we sat at 7:30 a.m. to dinner and after we sat for over 20 minutes without being greeted by our waiter, my man approached him to devote this to his attention. when he ignored our table, we asked another waiter with the host. our new waitress was pleasant, but still obviously inexperienced. after several other mistakes we talked to the manager and he did everything right. we both had the Monday prime rib special and it was delicious."

"I usually don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, my boyfriend ordered pizza from here and it arrived with the cheese completely off the pizza. He sent it back and received a new pie promptly, which was great. However, the pizzeria is now accusing him of making the delivery driver uncomfortable. Both his brother and I were present in the room and heard the interactions - he simply apologized for sending the pizza back and thanked her when she returned. I'm not sure what's happening at this place, but it seems like they need a reality check."

"I called this restaurant a week in advance, spoke with a owner, reserved a table for 17 . .. so surprising when we all arrived a week later the restaurant had no recording about our reservation. fortunately, it is a great place and they cloged us at high peaks (not what we wanted) in the second floor. service was pretty good considering that a waitress was assigned to us. She's got it right. but the service was slowly understandable, I think we would have asked for a second waiting staff, but should they not have known? overall, eating was disappointing. but it's beach food. because it is a great space, it is not difficult to get and her meal. it is a good place for children and families."

"I visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy drinks and take in the beautiful view, which is definitely a highlight. The ground level features a large outdoor bar and high-top tables, while the upper level is indoors and also houses the restrooms. Since we only had drinks, I can’t comment on the food. There are two nearby parking lots that are free, but they are small and fill up quickly. The parking lot is shared with Toasted Monkey next door, so you can easily park and visit both places without any issues. Additionally, Buoy’s has a small dock that can accommodate about four boats, depending on their size."
