Ume Grill Skewer House

Everytime I deliver, they put soup in these coffee cups that have lids that don't seal well at all.I try my best but almost every time the soup leaks a huge amount.The cups don't work good and customers are losing most their soup.

... Oh my god? Expectations blown clear out of the water. Whoever developed these recipes really knew what they were doing. Really fresh, nourishing, and delicious. I love their salads and I hate salad. An absolute gem. I'd post photos, but they were eaten too fast.

We ordered for pickup and they were very prompt. We ordered the korean fried chicken special. I was very happy with mine and the value is really good, considering the fact ingredients are skyrocketing in prices these days, and they loaded the bowl with chicken.Food: 5/5 Voir le carte

Came in to order a quick lunch to go- one miso soup and two onigiri with vegetarian fillings. Took 40 minutes and they gave me the wrong fillings. If you are going to charge an automatic service fee (tip) of 12% to all credit card payments, at least GET THE ORDER RIGHT. Unbelievable.

Literally the best I’ve had the miso salmon plate for dinner 3 nights in a row now I just can’t get enough! Ume Grill is on a steady decline, unfortunately. Sautéed tofu has been replaced with deep fried that is no longer seasoned and the sauces are also lacking the punch they once had. They also struggle to get your order right about 1/3 of the time. Now they are adding a 12% gratuity to all orders paid with a card. I always tip but mandatory gratuity seems like they don’t want to pay their employees a decent wage and instead pass the buck on to customers. It’s really too bad. Voir le carte

I am unsure how this restaurant can stay open with the quality of food they serve. The poke bowl I ordered was a disappointment, consisting of bland and unseasoned raw ingredients dumped over a bed of rice. For $21, I expected a more satisfying meal with a variety of flavors, but all I got was a mixture of rice, iceberg lettuce, spinach, raw carrots, raw corn, and only one type of fish. There is definitely room for improvement in both taste and selection. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Food rating: 1 out of 5.

I had a disappointing experience at a restaurant on Pearl. I decided to dine in to avoid paying a delivery fee, and paid with a card as I usually do. Unfortunately, the owners did not allow me to leave a tip on the 4th of July, when I wanted to show appreciation for their hard work on a holiday. It is frustrating that I couldn't leave a tip through my card payment, as I rarely carry cash. The owners should ensure that their workers are paid well, as it is uncommon for people to carry cash these days. Despite this, the food was excellent.

I recently took six people to this restaurant for lunch. The staff were friendly, patient, and helpful, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, I am only giving this place three stars because they have a 'cash-only' tip policy, which we were not aware of until after we had already ordered and paid. This put us in an awkward position as we all only had cards and were unable to tip the staff for their great service. It was an unpleasant and embarrassing surprise, and it is unfair that the restaurant staff have to suffer because of this policy. Voir le carte
