I had high hopes based on the reviews, but they seem misleading. The chicken barely had any flavor, and the pieces that did were very tough. Additionally, the rice was undercooked. I couldn't finish the meal at all. It was a complete waste of money.

Honestly, this is the best Chinese food in Middle Island. I've tried the pork lo mein and pork egg foo young, and both were outstanding. The pork fried rice was just average, but the other two dishes were simply delicious. I've definitely found a new favorite spot! I rate this place an AAA. Voir le carte

Had dinner delivered tonight. Love the food! The combo plates were excellent, special instructions were followed for my veg. lomein veg. fried rice. It was perfect! IMO, the combo plate was an A+ My dad also loved his pepper steak combo. My only very minor complaint with this restaurant is that they don't have plain lobster sauce on the grubhub menu. I will still order from here again unless we need plain lobster sauce. Overall, it is my opinion that this is the best Chinese place around.

I've been coming to this restaurant since Ray owned it, and I was initially disappointed when he sold. However, the new owners have done a fantastic job of upholding Uncle Ray's legacy, and I might even say they've improved upon it. Since reopening after the pandemic, the food quality has really elevated. The soups are delicious and generous in portion, and I'm a big fan of the pork egg foo young and General Tso's chicken. The vegetables are always fresh and crisp. This place is truly a gem in Middle Island!

The General Tso's chicken was crispy, fresh, and delicious. The crab Rangoon and Shanghai spring rolls were among the best I've ever had—many places don't cook them properly, but these were exceptional. The scallion pancakes were also served hot and fresh, and tasted fantastic. However, the beef fried rice was disappointing; the beef looked grey and unappetizing. Overall, I'm giving this place 5 stars because the amazing dishes more than make up for the lackluster rice. Without a doubt, it's the best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk County! Voir le carte
