"No big deal, but when I got to my room, I discovered a public hair on the toilet and a long hair on the bed. I tried to convince myself it was just the previous guest's, but it definitely didn’t feel clean. The stay itself was fine otherwise; housekeeping provided new soaps each day. However, on the day of checkout, I encountered more problems. They had misplaced the form I filled out when I arrived and couldn’t find my card information, even though it had been swiped twice during check-in. I informed Erris about the tax-exempt form I had and you would have thought I had asked for a full refund. He said it wouldn't happen and seemed rather dismissive. When I requested to speak to a manager, I explained that the person who checked me in had told me to mention it during checkout. Reluctantly, he accepted the tax exemption form, which took a mere 20 to 30 seconds to straighten out. It was frustrating that it took longer to navigate the issue than to actually resolve it. Overall, the front desk service was terrible—definitely the worst I've experienced during both check-in and check-out. In summary, I will never stay at West Bay Beach again or visit a Delamar Resort. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Stayed here for a bachelorette weekend. Bailey the concierge staff was great.

This place is amazing. Hands down the best bar/nightclub in the Traverse City area. A special shoutout to Josh, Lindsey, Justun, and Alex for making this place as great as it is. Cannot wait to return.

Disrespectful to customers...larry the door man is very nasty to customers...I will call holiday corporate and voice my disdain. The manager didn't do anything about the poor treatment of customers and no one was drinking.

I agree that it has potential, but for now its not good. The food was so fried up that my fish sandwich was missing the fish and the french fries were missing their potato. The tartar sauce had no flavor. Our server was not happy to serve us. The band was not playing songs that were enjoyable. Voir le carte

This place has so much potential, but is not being utilized. We were waited on promptly, and the service was ok, but the staff seem to be uninterested in being there. They were not knowledgeable about their drinks. They offer a Sunday **** Mary Bar, but did not advertise it. Such great views of Grand Traverse Bay to let go to waste by service that lacks enthusiasm, energy, and imagination. :

If you're looking for a place where someone can cut in line and settle their tab before you even get a drink, then this is the spot for you. When I brought it up to the bartenders, they responded that they can see everything happening. The issue is that the person who jumped the line was a regular and apparently has a first-name basis relationship with the staff. The solution is simple: treat everyone equally.

The music was excellent. My wife and I enjoyed the band. We ordered food and we like to split meals to try two different things places offer. We ordered the white fish sandwich. White fish is very popular in the area and fresh. If you are a fish person this sandwich will be a waste of your time and money, it would be better to go to the local High school and get the frozen fish patty on the bun it would taste much better and you would get a bigger peice of fish. What we split was more like a fish slider. Voir le carte

I called the front desk to ask about the noise, and the receptionist apologized, mentioning that I should have been informed about the loud music at check-in. She explained that the band plays every Friday and Saturday night until 2 AM. I told her that I hadn’t been notified and requested a different room with a bay view, considering the long wait I had already endured. She offered a room with a view of the roof instead and informed me that all the rooms would be noisy because of the band. She suggested I use earplugs to help with the noise, but they were ineffective, and I ended up having a restless night and woke up with a headache. Despite the hotel including breakfast, I was initially c...

"Reflect bistro is a wonderful combination of fine dining meets casual eatery. The service staff is very attentive, with a reservation for dinner they seated us right away. The decor is a bit dated, you feel like you are in a hotel restaurant rather than a stand alone establishment but that has its charm. We started with delicious cocktails. An amazingly made hurricane for me an a delicious old fashioned for my fiancé. For an appetizer, we chose the cherry bbq boneless wings. The sweet and savory sauce is made right there in house. The chicken was perfectly cooked and breaded in house! From there we moved to their creamy buttery perfection of a lobster bisque, with a small lobster tail with just the right texture right in the bowl. Totally recommend! For the salad course we chose the cherry tomato caesar. The dressing was delightful. It was rich with a hint of what tasted almost like a spicy-mustard. For our main course, I had the huge espresso crusted ribeye, with asparagus and a potato hash! Definitely recommend the expertly prepared steak! My fiancé had PAPPARDELLE FRUITDE MER a perfect entree of roasted red pepper pasta with scallops, shrimp and lobster tossed in a white clam sauce. The portions were huge, and we definitely have lunch tomorrow! For my wine I deviated a bit from my usual dry tastes to Chateau Grand Traverse late harvest Riesling. It was wonderful paired with my ribeye. He had the Gemma De Luna Moscato, which he really enjoyed with his pasta! We will definitely come back when we are in town!"

"Was here this past summer with family. All adults. Didn 't make reservations, but was still able to get seated after a short wait. The service was ok. The atmosphere was like any normal restaurant for an early dinner; dimmed lighting, semi-lively, people enjoying their time. We were seated right by the entrance, which isn 't bad, but I feel like we were forgotten about throughout our time there. It happens sometimes I guess. The food wasn 't great. The korean spicey chicken tasted like sweet and sour chicken. Really sweet, not spicy at all. I think they were going for that gochujang spice, but got lost along the way?? Nothing in particular tasted great. Subpar food. A for effort, but maybe they should really research and actually serve the correct advertised food. My husband and I ordered some nigiri/sashimi, salmon and tuna. The salmon tasted fresher in comparison to the tuna. I think my sister in law ordered the lettuce wraps. They were generous with the salt in the meat mixture, in our opinion. The edamame was the highlight for me honestly. You can 't mess up edamame! I can 't remember what everyone ordered, but they weren 't impressed either. Not worth the money they are charging for the food. I understand they are on the strip, and supposed to be more upscale/fusion type restaurant, but in my opinion, just not worth it. But to each their own, right?"
