Stopped here on the way back from the lakes, friend from the area said we HAD to go here for a real Minnesota comfort food experience, and it did not disappoint! Would absolutely stop here again if in the area.

Service, food all excellent. We have been back many times (anytime we are in the area) for breakfast over the 6 years since our initial review. No major changes, food and service always great. Food always excellent, servers, all help great attitudes and coffee cup rarely empty. We will always try to get there when in the area.

I ordered the ham and cheese omelet, and I should have followed everyone else who ordered the Eggs Benedict. The ham was the consistency that you'd use for a deviled ham salad sandwich, and super salty, the homemade hashbrowns were a mix between blackened burnt and uncooked but warm... My bf ordered the steak breakfast cooked medium, and it was cooked well done. Server was great, and the coffee was regularly topped off We possibly came on an off day???? Wasn't wowed.

This is the best diner in the region. Starting from the atmosphere, staff friendliness, speed, coffee and cleanliness. My wife said it was cleanest bathroom she has ever seen in a restaurant. The food was awesome and it came out quick. It is just what you expect and more when you go to a diner. I will recommend this place to family and friends. The best part is that the prices are not high. Try the homemade maple syrup. It is awesome. I never saw the bottom part of my cup of coffee cause they are so quick to top off your coffee.
