"This is my second order from Viva Vegan, and it's clear my initial impression was not a fluke. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this restaurant definitely deserves it. The chimibirria was outstanding, and the presentation was impressive as well. You know those restaurants where the food looks incredible in pictures, but when it arrives, it’s a total disappointment? That’s not the case with Viva Vegan. The quesabirria is wonderfully crunchy and delicious, while my wife thoroughly enjoyed the birria melt. I recently transitioned to a vegetarian diet, and this place has become my go-to for healthy and vegan options that don’t sacrifice flavor. I will mention that it’s a bit on the pricier side, but in my opinion, it's absolutely worth it."
