"We had the pleasure of dining at Walnut Hills last night. The setting (an old historic house) and the history of the restaurant was so interesting. The service was friendly and efficient. We had the gumbo and a house salad as well as the famous friedchicken (there's a reason it's famous! Yum) and sides. Everything was delicious! The Old fashion cocktail was very unique andoutstanding. Took home a slice of Italian Cream cake and we savored every bite."

Sorry I just took photos of the rolls and desert, but OMgoodness?. It was so yummy! The fried chicken was good, but the mustard greens were out of this world and hands down the BEST I have ever had! The nicest lady took care of us too! This is amust when you are in Vicksburg! Voir le carte

my friends and I visited for the first time on Friday, that was on 13th. we got a big waitress with the name tonya they gave us great service like no other I experienced, oh and we all loved eating and fast service tonya welcomed us at the door and was always provisional. I recommend this place for a good South Food menu I can go on n over this place and tonya.

The food was really good. Highly recommend the blackened catfish! Edited to add that the cake is also delicious! We had the double chocolate and the strawberry cake. Our waitress said they were two-day sliced because they took you two days to eat, ittook us 3 days. Worth it. It 's a cute restaurant that had some history with it which we enjoyed as we traveled throughVicksburg.
