"We went to this place for my sister's bachelorette party and the place did not disappoint. She loves gastro pubs so this was a very good choice. The place had a fun atmosphere and I liked the décor, modern Americana. There were a lot of babies when we went, and the noise level was pretty high up there, which made it really hard to get the attention of the waitresses. However the food was good and the beer even better and it kicked off a great party so no real complaints. It was pretty reasonably priced too."

It has very chilled san diegan ambiance and the food was very yummy, the tacos and the burger we tried and were so yummy

Great food and great service. Went for brunch on a Sunday and all three if us were very pleased with the experience. They games on too which I don't care about but for many that is a plus.

My friends and I went for lunch on Sunday. I made a reservation. We arrived 15 min early and they were able to seat us right away. It was pretty busy that day and we waited one hour for our food, but the manager was nice enough to comp our food due to such a long wait!

I really like this place and have been quite a few times. My only complaint I was excited to try their coffee, which is from Dark Horse Roasters next door to them, but was disappointed because it tasted really old. I should have stuck with alcohol like I usually do! Awesome spot for kids and for watching Sunday football. Voir le carte

well the food was very tasty I did not understand why they had all of their windows up when it was 100 degrees out and they had the AC cranked in the back of the restaurant. why would you not shut the windows and run the AC in the whole restaurant? In addition the planter of flowers that was on our table was a fly magnet, it was disgusting.

Waypoint is an excellent gastropub that provides terrific food and a great beer list. But even better is that they have a little play area for kids that has bean bags, books, toys and movies. The play area is visible from about a third of the restaurant so parents should plan to sit in that part of the place. If you're not a kid person just sit away from that side, you'll be fine. Great setup and something other restaurants can learn from.
