Really Wendy's! When does a Spicy chicken come with onions? Also if you need lettuce more then your guests don't serve it! Ridiculous!!

I only had a pumpkin frosty at this restaurant. The service was good, and I dined in. The price per person was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere a 4 out of 5.

I ordered a JBC (Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger) and received a plain hamburger with no bacon, no cheese, just meat and bread. The service was for take-out and it was for lunch. The price per person was $10-20. The food and service both received a rating of 1. Voir le carte

Only 1 star bc there was not a lower choice. Rude rude rude! Employees are rude and have no customer service skills. The employees only follow the examples set by the horribly rude management staff. The service at this restaurant was outstanding, making me feel welcome and at home like I was returning for a special occasion. The atmosphere was a mix of industrial, modern, and chic, reminiscent of my godmother's stylish loft in Soho. Although they were out of barbecue sauce during my visit, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I left happy, even giving me extra mayonnaise. Thank you for a great experience!

Approached the dining room...sign on the door said dining room open until 10...when we walked inside we were very rudely informed by all who were working there with their frowns that they only had three people tonight and the dining room is closed. No sign. Just a rude greeting. Off to Burger Kind we went. When are these establishments going to get back to running a business worth a damn the way things were done before Covid? Voir le carte

I visited Wendy's and encountered a young boy who was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. He threw my food at me and tossed a straw in my face before saying goodbye. I was upset and asked for his name, which he replied was Brayden Shull in a manner that seemed to mock individuals with special needs. This behavior is unacceptable, especially considering my son has Asperger's. Action needs to be taken to address this issue.

We stopped at this Wendy's while traveling during the pandemic, so we drove through and then parked in the shade ate in our car. The drive through was quick and efficient on a weekday afternoon. Our order was mostly correct (just missing bacon on one burger, not worth going in and waiting on as we needed to go) and the fries were piping hot. I got my favorites Strawberry Lemonade included (see photo) and everything was good. I'd stop here again.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. I waited inside the Buckeye Lake location for five minutes, and several employees behind the counter walked past me without acknowledging me. Two employees yelled to others that there were customers up front, but no one responded. Despite there being five people behind the counter, I received no service. As we left, we noticed an employee sitting and smoking on the sidewalk, who then proceeded to light up another cigarette. In summary, the service at this restaurant is poor, and I would recommend ordering takeout instead. Voir le carte
