Wendy's - Carte

Today, we stopped by this Wendy's in Pigeon Forge for a quick lunch. The staff was wonderful and genuinely enjoyed assisting customers. The food was fresh and came out quickly through the drive-thru. Plus, they thought our puppy was adorable!

I typically like Wendy's food but this food wasn't up to the normal standards for Wendy's. Fries could have been a little fresher. Service could have been a little quicker. They pretty much take the fast out of fast food for this particular location.

The food was good. But it was absolutely the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Took 20 minutes to get to the speaker to order, another 5 before they took my order. I got it fast once I was at the window. They were not busy. 2 cars in front of me. I 'm not a complainer,. But wow. Maybe computer issues?? Voir le carte

Mary was incredible! She answered all our questions, was extremely helpful and patient, and double-checked everything before handing us our bags with napkins and utensils. Each order was perfect, just as we requested. Her warm and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome, even with 10 cars behind us! After a long day of poor service, she was the highlight of our night!

Stopped in to try the large Peppermint Frosty. It is very good and refreshing. I wanted to be a bit creative for the holidays, so I ordered a large Chocolate Frosty as well. I mixed the two together. Only reason I don't give this place a 1 star is due to the guys friendliness. He was very upfront about being out of almost everything on their menu which isn't his fault. But they had like 3 things to choose from. I work for restaurants in town and Iunderstand it is hard to keep up with the amount of volume but it is better to be over prepared then to have to turn awaybusiness because you are out of everything. went two different nights drive thru, while on vaca. first night no one would take our order sat at sign for close to 10 mins finally left. second night line of cars took over an hour to finally get up to mic and then for the 10 min we sat in front ofthe sign they kept telling us theyed be right with us but yet we watched one worker thru the windows just standing therestuffing his face at the front counter so if your actually hungry and want to eat quickly dont go to wendys in pigeon forge.

Let me start of by saying I understand that it is Christmas and that I believe everyone should be with their family's, however we were in line for about 45 mins and the store closed without letting anyone in line know. As I stated my issue is not with them closing but the line was wrapped around the building and if you were in the back, like we were, we had no way of knowing they had closed. The only reason we found out is a person came up to let us know it was dark inside. I wish they had let the people in line know they were closed so that we did not waste our time.

Went in for lunch a few days ago and there was a good size line. I like Wendy's so I waited. What I saw was a crew who worked well together. They worked through the line of people at a decent pace. I'm a local and understand how hard it is to get help. This crew did a good job. I got the four for $4.00 deal, you can't beat it. Double stack, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Everything was fantastic! It was hot it tasted good and was priced right. I enjoy this Wendy's and don't sweat the small stuff. Good food at a good price served in a reasonable amount of time.
