The Wendy’s on Hixson pike evening crew is ALWAYS polite. We are always impressed with their professionalism. Our order is always correct as well. Just wanted to say that they are doing a great job and I hope someone tells them.

This Wendy's is solid. While it's not the cheapest option for fast food, the quality is quite decent. The employees have done an excellent job, always serving with a smile. The food was just as promised—neatly prepared and not messy like some other fast food places. Voir le carte

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because I've had a few less-than-stellar visits in the past, but my most recent experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and everything I ordered was just right. I understand that some people can be quite particular about their food, but I often found myself getting cheese on my burgers or regular soda, despite my requests. However, if my next visit is as good as the last one, I will definitely return. Keep up the great work!

Went to the drive-thru and ordered a baconator and a strawberry lemonade and I mentioned that it was my birthday and it would be really cool if they offered some kind of reward for birthdays like a free Frosty or something. And the sweet ladies at the window Miss Laura and Ms Kel paid for me a frosty for my birthday. That was so thoughtful and really made my day! The food was delicious it was quick and the service was immaculate I highly recommend this Wendy's and want to give kudos to all the amazing sweet people that work there!

It was definitely one of the worst meals I 've had at a Wendy 's. My daughter got a hot Pretzel Bun burger and hot unsalted fries. My meal was cold and tough. Like it had been sitting there for hours. The chicken nuggets were rubber and the fries were cold and tough. Luckily they won 't screw up an all-natural strawberry lemonade like the Wendy 's where I 'm from will. Needless to say I 'm hoping I don 't have to come back to this Wendy 's to satisfy my hanger ever again. Friday the 13th, 2020. Worst supper I 've had at a Wendy 's. Was already having a bad night and this was just the soup on top of my cake. Voir le carte
