The food was stone cold and defrosting was completely melted. I will not be going back to the place

asked for 2 choc cookies and 2 heel flakes and instead got only one and I was way too far to go back the burger was good, though Voir le carte

Worst experience ever the employee named caroline was very disrespectful and ignorant. The way she talked to customers was inappropriate and unprofessional.

The worker was nice at first but then got rude, the food came out pretty quickly, the frosty we got seemed melted there were just fully liquid but not frozen ether

Staff lazy and rude! Asked for a tray was told they are all dirty. No ketchup in dispensary. Told they were busy. It was only two customers in the whole restaurant. Had to eat off paper bag. Voir le carte

Check your food before leaving there, can't get orders right even though it's on a screen right in front of them, and don't use mobile order cause if you want it refunded apparently they can't do that, but that's probably because there's one working while everyone else just has a grand old time! Hard to find any decent places to eat anymore

I took my children to this restaurant, but I will not make that mistake again. The young man working behind the counter seemed more interested in socializing with his friend who also worked there. Unfortunately, the manager did not seem to be much better. We will not be returning to this restaurant and recommend staying away from the Wendy's in Swansboro, NC.

charity could use more training as a manager.. she was rude and walked away from me as I was asking her a question.. I took a survey to get a two dollar off on next visit. no one told me it was restricted to certain items.. she was rude about it.. not my first encounter with her.. I ordered a salad and asked for two ranch. willing to pay extra.. it was the Cobb salad.. no bacon was on it no cheese.. and one packet of ranch.. no one in front of me and no one behind me either . no no Voir le carte
