Wendy's - Carte

We had to wait for an hour to receive our food. The self-service kiosks weren't functioning, and we couldn't get any assistance at the counter. If it were possible, I would give this restaurant zero stars.

Worst customer service ever. Will make you wait for 40 minutes to order at the counter and will only take one order at a time. If you order at the kiosk you will still wait 10 minutes for your food which half will cold because it was sitting on the counter.

Wendy's has gone down hill in general but this is the worst one I've ever visited. The food was just a greasy pile of garbage. Fries made me sick and didn't even eat the soggy burger. Filthy place as well. Drive a few more minutes down the road and grab something else. Sad when mcdonalds has better food than this place Voir le carte

All right. I used to have really fun eating in wendy’s, but the quality of the hamburger this time simply did not cut and tasted like a card board. the fries where great beautiful and crispy as they want and not exaggerated. the hamburger landed after the first 2 bites in the müll. another reason why I only eat more at home

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while five employees, including the manager, chit chatted behind the counter. Another customer recommended using a kiosk in the back to order instead of waiting. I only wanted a drink and had cash, but there was no acknowledgment from any staff. I ultimately decided to just leave. Overall, the service was incredibly poor.

I placed a mobile order as we were leaving and the food was ready shortly after we entered this lovely, new restaurant. The staff was busy fulfilling orders for the drive-thru and walk-in customers. There are 3 self-serve kiosks near the entrance. Our Big Bacon Classic burgers were hot, fresh, and delicious. The Chocolate Frosty was as satisfying as always. I have no complaints; I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here. Voir le carte

I went back to the counter for some sauce for a dry chicken sandwich. No less than 4 employees made eye contact with me and never acknowledged me nor assisted me. After a while my husband came up and said we don't have time for this I've finished my sandwich. This establishment is dirty and they don't care about customers. They know people in this location will come because of the freeway to this small town. Please owner...make some changes. We won't be back. I will go hungry and on to the next town.

I have gone there 3 times in a month been the only me and one other car in the drive thru and they have forgot a whole meal each time, I go There when I get off work when I have no time To cook or I pick my kid up and he is yelling at me he is so hungry and can't wait to eat. Fast food is supposed to be Convenient for family and quick well it is not convenient to Go back everytime cause they forgot food and by the time you get back you food is cold. I asked them if they were under staff and why they keep forgetting orders they claimed they were not understaff then the employees are just lazy huh? That is the only think I can think of

This Wendy's must be doing well, it recently moved to a new building just across the parking lot. And by the look of how many people were in the lobby enjoying a meal, I'd say that the move is treating them well. The entrance is oddly placed at the far north of the building-there's a large EXIT sign on the door that you'd think would be the entrance-I saw many people try to go in and then have to walk around. But when you do find your way to the right door, there are a few kiosks where you can place your order yourself. I watched as some people used them, and others went straight to the counter for old fashioned service. Either way works. Other than the odd setup of the doors, the bathrooms... Voir le carte
