Whataburger - Carte

What is this? Can you guys care ever? Total waste of nine dollars and a 20 minute wait in drive-through. You would’ve thought this food was hot but it’s not

Fresh and delicious chicken tenders and onion rings that I had. Unsweetened tea and they provided every condiment that I asked for. Fast and friendly service.

The absolute slowest drive thru I've ever experienced in my life. I mean every single time I've ever been there and each time was a different time of day. What gives here? Voir le carte

Hands down this is my favorite Whataburger in Pensacola. Foods always fresh, people are friendly polite and happy. I forgot to order a small pattie for my pups and it wasn't a problem when I got to the window. They brought it out to me. Hands down theyare great ????

Good food but terrible customer service at the Pensacola Blvd location. 8 people standing around and no one acknowledges the customer. When they finally take your order, no acknowledgement or appreciation for the business. It?s sad they have not beentrained and led better.

Usually I would give this Whataburger a 5* over the board. But this special trip was not even worth a 3*. Line was not long needed to get my food and the Signarure Burger was badly done. And cold, unacceptable. The onion rings were great. Normally everything would be great and the quick food can be you anywhere in the area. Voir le carte

the worst place ever, I usually go to the in cantonment that is super nice, but decided to give this another shot, 30 minutes in the car thru never my order, just wanted to go away, so rude, I call tomorrow to tell them that this place should be closed, worst customer service ever, will never be back again! if I could give negative stars!

We visited 11/11/22 at 6:30-7:00. Jeff (the manager at the service) and his crew of 3 (a total of 4 people working in the restaurant) did an amazing job and stayed in traffic with all walks and drive through. They were all super busy and Jeff took orders, delivered food to the tables (as well as online orders) and also fall food. They all did an amazing job.

Not only was my spicy sweet bacon burger phenomenal but the service workers were outstanding. The cashier recommended the burger, suggested not to put mustard on it since it changed the flavor, brought our food to us, checked on us multiple times, were courteous and downright friendly. Thank you to the front line staff, cooks, and the cleaning guy who offered to get take home bags for our leftovers without us asking. I wish I'd asked for their names. In today's world it's difficult to find wonderful customer service like this. KUDOS!!!! Voir le carte
