Whataburger - Carte

Best burger ever good service, best fries wish they have one in Puerto Rico first time and hope ill get to eat it again soon.

Whataburger is a Texas tradition. It had changed since an investment group bought it but it is still good#1 was too big for me to finish but tasted good. Fries aren't quite as good as they were before the ownership change.And they dropped my favorite thing they sold. The lemon pie.Overall Whataburger is my go-to for fast food

I just left from ordering through the drive through. I ordered chicken strips and a Jr whataburger. Not only did I not get a receipt, Napkins or condiments I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get a soda that was flat, fries barely full amd three ofthe smallest tenders I could've imagined AND hamburger buns instead of texas toast! trash.I ordered on the app and it said from 5-10 minutes. I waited for almost an hour, but yet my food was already made ready to go. They handed me the bag with COLD FRIES. Best believe they’re going to give me fresh food. I wasn’t having it. This is my final and last time, here. Employees are just lazy. My order was ready at 7:02. It’s 7:44. Don’t come here to waste your money.

Worst experience ever. Was in the drive through line for 50 minutes to get 3 chicken strips. Got sick and tired of waiting and went into the restaurant to ask for a refund. And they completely ignored us for a good 15 minutes. We felt completely humiliated, hungry with no food and lost our money. Worst experience ever! If i can give -100 stars, i would. This place should not exist

This is hands down the worst service I?ve ever experienced at a Whataburger. The few times I have been, the drive-thru is incredibly slow (I have waited up to 30 minutes in line) so I went inside to order in hopes it would be a shorter waitingperiod. WRONG. It took 45 minutes to be given my food from the time I ordered. I had to go up to the counter twice. Thishappened to all of us who ordered inside. Management needs to be evaluated. Voir le carte

I wouldn’t recommend going there. The entire experience took over an hour, and after paying, I waited an excruciating 25 minutes for my food, hoping it would be fresh. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. When I got home, my burger was cold and soggy, which leads me to believe it had been sitting around for a while before the cashier brought it to the counter. I spent $26 on two meals, which feels like a complete waste of money. Can I get a refund?

If you looking at the reviews trust me when I say that this place is not worth it. How can you sit in line for 45 min before they even take your order. Then when they do, you have to wait another 30 to 40 min for your food to come out. And its only 2 cars in line. Then the food cold like it was already made. They had it sat to deal with whatever it was but never told me. I will never go here again. I dont eat McDs but I'll eat them before dealing with this again.

The guy came out with my food, didn't have my shake and I asked. All he said is that I can see your recipe that I gave him my copy and took it back. 5 min later came out with the shake, it was only the milk not frozen. I told him this isn't a shake, he gave me a look and everything he said was a shake I made literally, then he turned around and went back. Also ignore a guy trying to get his attention from another car that had waited longer than me. Could have asked if I wanted a different taste or a refund, I would have loved honesty more than the attitude, I just left it alone. Voir le carte
