Good! Nice looking place nearby Washington Square Park that's great for grabbing a drink. Accommodating staff and decently sized.Do know that prices are Manhattan, NYU local, so expect to be set back around $20 for a single cocktail.

Being from Kentucky, White Oak Tavern is like a second home. The charred white oak barrel used to hold bourbon during fermentation may be the origin for the tavern's name, but the food Is why I keep going back. It's one of New York's best kept secrets! Voir le carte

The atmosphere at White Oak Tavern is amazing! Beautifully lit and comfortable. The food was excellent and the service was just as warm as the lighting. Their drink menu is unique and delicious! Of all the places I visited in the city, White Oak Tavern was my personal favorite!

A pleasant surprise. We only had the fries, but the trio of dips were quite nice (truffle, a very mildly spicy mayo and very good ketchup), supplemented with the White Owl Ale (a decent beer) and a Pino Grigio. The latter at happy hour pricing, which made it reasonable.Food: 5/5
