Weideman Brewery is a delightful hidden gem in St. Bernard. They serve tasty food, outstanding beer, and have wonderful bartenders! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

There’s an excellent variety of tasty beers, delectable food at reasonable prices, and plenty of room for large groups. The atmosphere is vibrant almost every night!

This is always my favorite spot for excellent beer and food. This visit, we tried the French Dip, Cobb Salad, and Brussels Sprouts, and they were all fantastic! We also enjoyed some Bohemian, Blood Orange, and Monkey's Dunkel beers. Everything was delicious! Voir le carte

Fun ambiance, excellent service, really good food! We brought a group and shared a bunch of stuff around the table. Best fried pickles ever! I am normally not a big fan but these were addicting. Menu leans heavily on deep fried which is a negative, but I would eat here again!

Wiedemann's is a fantastic reason to explore St. Bernard. It's one of the most welcoming pub/restaurants in the area, featuring a spacious bar and plenty of seating. As a social spot, it offers foosball, darts, and an endless selection of beer brewed right downstairs. I’ll definitely be returning to this bar!

The outdoor patio area is fantastic for enjoying the lovely weather! They offer beer flights for $8, which include four different beers to try. We decided to order the cheese curds since we weren't too hungry but wanted a snack. They were delicious, and the portion was generous! Great environment! Drinks brewed on site! They offer a range of beer, they offer ciders as well as seltzers. The food is cooked to order and always come out hot and fresh. Indoor stage where there seems to always be live music of some kind. Outdoor area is wide open and allows you to bring children and have them run around playing while the adults enjoy drinks. Outdoor stage for music during the warmer months. This place is highly recommended!!!!

Sometimes the most unexpected experiences can lead to the biggest surprises, and I was certainly surprised. First, the historical building showcases the rich history of Wiedemann's beer brewing in Cincinnati. The beer itself is delicious, clean, and refreshing. The highlight, though, was meeting the owner, John, who shared his journey from being a reporter to becoming a brewer, along with his ties to Wisconsin. Great job, John—keep up the fantastic work!

Brewery Visit No. 37: Wiedemann's offers a charming atmosphere alongside an impressive variety of beers. I sampled the Blood Orange Blonde and the Mango Hefeweizen, and I enjoyed the Summertime Lime Grilled Chicken Sandwich paired with a Gourmet Grilled Cheese. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we could have easily spent hours chatting with them. I also appreciated the photo decor and the restrooms.
