"Yesterday I ordered a Polish mustard dog with spaghetti cheese.When I got my order there was one line of mustard and no cheese and this was through the drive through. The point of going through the drive through is so I don't have to get app my car but I had to get app my car because my order was wrong. They asked me to hand them. The hot dog back and I asked them. Why should I because you messed up my order? Just give me a fresh one. They stated in order to give me a fresh one. They would have to take that 1 back. So I gave them the hot dog. They turned around and put cheese on the same hot dog. Heated it up in the microwave and handed it back to me. Perfect example of cross-contamination. So I am going to call the health department on them. I handed them all their food and drink and asked for A refund that I am still currently waiting on today.It is now 12:30 pm the next day and I still haven't received my refund. And let me reiterate again cross-contamination. I brought the food in from outside and then they took it to the back and handed it back to me and added cheese and heated it in the microwave, The container was so hot. I couldn't even hold it in my hand.. Isn't that nasty poor customer service? If I could give them 0 stars I would."

I love carving! the young man who took our order was very polite and ready to help us. read our order back to make sure it was right. When we came into the window and started our payment, he saw that my man was a veteran. he asks if he had a military pass and gave us a discount. we were often there, and nobody asked us before. so thanks for a great lunch. wonderful young man. a great work. 2-22 22. I grew up with this chain down south, I was very pleased when I heard one was coming to Fife. I haven't had my chili dog and chili burger fix in years upon years. Now, I have my fix back and always go here every weekend. The young man that was working the drive through was AWESOME, very polite, made sure my order was correct, and even brought out more napkins.Thanks guys and gals!I will see yall next weekend.

The only reason to visit this place is for nostalgia, as it is the only establishment that serves hot dogs. Unfortunately, the senior staff member was extremely rude not only to me, but also to the person he was training. I had a special offer that was sent to me via email, so I decided to try it out. It took the senior staff member 10 minutes to understand the offer, and then he angrily addressed both me and the young trainee.
