Cheaper than and more satisfying than BWW. Solid flavor choices and the people working there seem pretty nice. I don't recommend doordashing this stuff though. My only bad experience was getting my order via doordash.

Ordering took for ever. Only 1 person who actually come up front and helped. The workers in the back was touching everything barehanded and using there pants as a towel. Food was subpar don't recommend this for anyone. Bad food and sanitation issues.

ZERO STARS! Don’t want your money here, but even worse your time. This place is operated by a team who doesn’t have a single functioning brain cell between them. Waited 40 minutes for our wings once they realized they lost our order. ended up waiting about a hour and when we got home we were short on wings.. terrible experience. you would think when they mess up like they they would some how comprise but they didthe opposite but giving us less wings then what ordered.

The last 3 times have been a disappointment. Constantly missing items in our order. This time the wings burned the styrofoam container and the wings tasted like styrofoam. One of the drink cups had a small leak on the bottom of the cup and the drink goteverywhere. Threw the whole order away. Will not be going back to this location. Voir le carte

Connor at the Wing Tip truly exceeded my expectations with his exceptional customer service. He handled an issue I had with my order in a very professional manner. I frequent this bustling restaurant, and I understand that it can get hectic, but I often find that my orders are incorrect. My only suggestion would be to double-check those orders more carefully. However, when I brought it to Connor's attention this time, he ensured I received the support that every good restaurant should provide. Connor is fantastic! I’m not sure if he was the manager, but he definitely has the skills to be one given how he handled everything.

TLDR: manager was extremely rude, refused to believe my order wasn’t delivered, then refused to give me a refund. Order family pack of wings and tenders for my family through their website. When the food was delivered, only half of it was is the bag. When I called the store to complain, the manager Xavier told me I had to come into the store to prove that my order was incomplete or they wouldn’t be able to help me. When I showed up, he made me wait several minutes, while he was telling his team a joke before acknowledging me and just threw away a food. I asked for a refund, because I wasn’t able to wait for all the food to be remade, only to find out isn’t possible because deliveries get pro... Voir le carte
