Nasty inside, ordered food, never received it. Shift Maneger Ashley couldn’t give me a refund because the order was already closed out. Would stay away from this place.

Some white nationalist decided to refuse my order since my boyfriend was black. Then tried to take my money and refuse a refund after they refused my boyfriend service since he is black.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!! had 4 people working and then someone clocked out while people have been waiting for an 1:30 for their orders. THEY GOT EVERY SINGLE ORDER WRONG!!!!!! More than once… and very rude to customers Voir le carte

Food was hot just like I like it. The quality of the product was very high best meal I've had in ages. I recommend the Louisiana rub. And it was good looking back and seeing the workers working hard and not just standing around

The workers were VERY rude, the restaurant was dirty. They first said it would be 30 mins to order then 45 which was ok but the way they were talking to other customers was awful and the staff language to each other was very unprofessional as well. We left and I will never return.

I can't begin to understand why this place doesn't have five star reviews all around the staff is always been super friendly and professional and they are the best damn Wingstop in the whole entire St Louis/ Jefferson county area.(Been to everyone Sorry other guys you're still good too but this place is perfect. Placed a mobile order and when I got there it took 10 minutes for them to package it up then they had to remake my corn because she dropped it. The only thing that was fresh was my corn when I ordered a whole meal. Even my Hi-C fruit punch was watery and they was too busy talking to remember to put my ranch in my bag.

We went there june22 . My daughter order couple different meals she wanted all flats which cost a $1 extra no big deal she paid we the girl couldn't get it to pop up for her to charge $1 in the other meal well the gm said don't worry about no big deal.. well the worker the bag that looks like a crackhead moved around like one was making a big deal out of the gm kepts telling her it's no big deal she waited for him to go in the back it's already been over 30 minutes she comes up sorry you can't have flats you didn't pay the $1 I'm not losing my job she was very rude very rude could only imagine why she threw a fit over a dollar we paid it .. said be 25 minutes waited about a hour

Since WingStop opened their location in OFallon MO(2006ish? I have been a huge fan and both my kids have grown up enjoying it and I’ve gotten all of my family hooked. Loved it. But that’s over now. Arnold MO WingStop, which WAS good in the past, it’s crappy now. Bigtime. The counter person throws the food at you. A mess. Is rude to begin with. 15min late and unapologetic. And why they serve WET FRIES, I have no idea. Just nasty. Ordered “well done” fries, got WET fries. So gross. Just terrible. The wings were barely seasoned. I was ripped off. $200 down the drain. I cannot afford that. I’m DONE. Here’s a hint for the corporate guys: if you’ve got 11 employees in the store, and only 1 of them... Voir le carte
