Great Food! Great Atmosphere. If you are looking for a fun night out, I definitely recommend X Vault!

Yum! Everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. Staff is super friendly and great to chat with. Love stopping here when I?m in the area or meeting friend for drinks after work.

Fantastic atmosphere and service. I have a new favorite place to go! We had brussel sprouts, kimchi fried rice, scallops, risoto, and asparagus. All masterfully prepared. Also a great selection of beer on tap from mostly local breweries. Well done XVault ?

The Brussels sprout appetizer is fantastic! The menu features a strong Korean influence. I also tried the truffle fries, which had a wonderful truffle flavor, along with the pulled pork sandwich and kimchi tacos. A friend advised me to steer clear of the ramen, as it wasn't very authentic and supposedly had smaller portions.

Loved every minute of my time at The X Vault, and every drink- and believe me, my friends and I tried most of them ; the crunch funk sushi roll is highly recommended. Go on an empty stomach because you'll want to try everything. Start with the French onion soup and make an afternoon of it from there. Sushi rice was undercooked- never experienced undercooked glutinous rice with maki rolls. Person who I was dining with has been here 20 times and mentioned there was one occasion the sushi rice was al dente. He mentioned it to staff and they were notreceptive of the feedback. They need to remedy that; get some rice cookers for pete?s sake- no shame in that. I ate all mysushi. Would have been nice if the rice was properly prepared though.

I went in to have a dinner. I ordered lettuce wrap and spicy Ramen with pork belly. Both dishes were very good and impressed but little bit salty for me, however I had them all. Lol. Drinks was perfect. They use the good liquor with a real good price. I would be rate them 5 stars if my bartender/waiter just give some smile (or maybe just his character...I don't know) but staff/restaurant should give customers a nice and relax vibe not make customer feel uncomfortable.

Update: The staff were pretty friendly again, but it took a while for us to not only get drinks but also our food. It was at the point where two parties that came in behind us got their orders first. They were busy, so I understand, but, still, sort of anegative experience. The drinks and the kimchi tacos were good, but I got the steak again to see if it would be any better andit wasn't. It was cooked how I asked, but the cut was just so fatty and grisly it was hard to chew. The risotto was also alittle under-cooked, but had a decent flavor.
