"I originally found this place on yelp a couple days ago and was impressed with the amount of good reviews it had so saved it so I could visit soon. Finally I was able to find the time to visit. Not only was the service absolutely horrible, but the food was definitely below par. In between the semi cold soggy sushi and the very off putting manner of our server Amy, I’m not sure what was worse. Our server seemed upset over questions like “ what bento boxes do you have ? “ or any questions regarding the menu.To say the least, I will not be coming back ever and I can only speak on personally experience so I would definitely NOT recommend this restaurant to anybody."

beautiful and quiet. the food was good. I wanted a light meal, a good one, but not hard. I had the crab salad and filled jalapeños, a cold glass of ananas the love, so refreshing. I'm back!

a sushi motto in cypress, the quality of food surpasses the other local competitors without blowing the price from the water. although it is not trendy or innovativ, it remains the basis of simply making big sushi. they get what they pay, and sometimes that's exactly what they want.

They gave us the wrong order, we called requested to speak to the manager to place and pay for a new correct order. We order the same dishes everytime, whether it's dine in or to go. Their response was we are too busy right now Our family has been coming here since they first opened, even though their food is not the best but the location is convenient. With this type of poor service, I guess we will not be coming by here anymore. Voir le carte

Awful service. We waited 1.5 hours for our sushi. The server did his best, but the restaurant seemed to prioritize numerous to-go orders vs the patrons inside of the restaurant. Other tables got their food before us, and then when the order came out it was wrong. We spent over $100 for a very disappointing experience. The sushi was good and fresh, but the service and organization of the restaurant needs work. Go somewhere else. The manager was unapologetic and not even paying attention.

I wish I could give a zero here. this is a Chinese restaurant, very pricy and tastes absolutely terrible. not only that, but I spent an hour waiting for a piece of sushi. After I finished my ordering courts, my sushi order did not come up, and the waiter always said the chief was busy and made my order. but it turned out that the order was ignored by a piece sushi after I had pushed the application three times. it is very sad that the neighbourhood has only the bad quality and fake Japanese restaurant to ruin the expectations of people on Japanese foods. will never go back!

"Our first visit to the restaurant last night came highly recommended, thanks to a friend's glowing review of their vegan menu. We were pretty excited and ordered two vegan meatball subs. The trouble began when we waited for nearly 25 minutes after placing our order. Our server, a guy named Ryan (I think), came over and told us they were all out of vegan meatballs. Naturally, we asked why it took so long for them to figure this out, which seemed to fluster poor Ryan a bit. However, he was polite throughout the conversation. We decided to switch our order to one regular meatball sub and a vegan eggplant sub, thinking all was well. But, surprise, surprise, Ryan returned a few minutes later to tell us they were also out of eggplant. At this point, we had been waiting for almost 40 minutes with no food in sight, so we asked for the check to pay for the soda my husband had been nursing. Here's why the whole experience left a sour taste in our mouths: 1. Why in the world didn't the waitstaff know about these shortages in advance? It seems like basic communication within the restaurant was seriously lacking. Customers shouldn't be left hanging, wondering if they'll actually get what they ordered. 2. It's kind of baffling that Ryan was left to break the bad news not just once, but twice. You'd think the manager, who we saw chatting with other diners just a few feet away, would have taken the initiative to come over and speak to us directly. 3. I was made to feel like I should be really grateful they decided not to charge us for the Diet Coke my husband drank. Overall it was a terrible experience and no effort was made to rectify what happened. I obviously cannot comment on the food since we never recieved any. As for customer service...HORRIBLE!"
